Found Platinum Services on Nextdoor and reached out to owner Andrew Rollins by email. Received an immediate response to my request to install a hot water comfort pump to my homes’ hot water tank. The estimate was reasonable with others and pump being installed was quality brand. Installed in a timely manner by Raul and working very well. Hot water to faucets much more quickly.

I reached out to Andrew after making a toilet issue worse while trying to fix it myself. He responded right away — even on a Sunday evening — and showed up within 45 minutes. He quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and double-checked everything else I had tried to make sure it was all done correctly. I had actually used Andrew once before for another toilet issue but didn’t save his number, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be him again! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly — even my dogs, who can be a little wild, loved him. Highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing needs!

Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and competitively priced, and the installation went smoothly. Today’s plumbing industry has changed. Too many of the larger companies have turned their technicians into salespeople. I even had one company tell me they practice role-playing scenarios for upselling customers. That’s not what I want when I call a plumber. Platinum Services Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. When I need plumbing services, I want to call a plumber, not a sales person.
