I was very blessed to have the most Awesome plumber on your team today. Not only did he have great customer service but he really went out of his way to help me get fair prices. He found the leak and demonstrated excellent professionalism when performing this job. It was crazy! He also gave me solid advice to get my bathroom sink working again. That thing has been blocked for years. Great job! Plomero knows how to hire and train there people GOOD! They run a great business. I want to follow in there footsteps! I love them!

Armando and staff are family. We first met 5 years ago when they redone the whole bathroom and replaced the main waste line going to the city. I mean everything, even installed new floor tile. We stayed in touch here and there. Until recently, the main water going to the house had a leak. It was 830PM, and Armando returned my call. Was able to schedule a visit the next day. Gave us his honest opinion and gave us options. We decided to replace the whole water line from the water meter to outside of the house. Armando and staff came on Saturday morning and started to dig. The staff was polite and professional. Got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. As to my first sentence. Armando and staff are part of the family. Will always recommend Plomero en Phoenix to anyone and will always call to do all plumbing at the house. Thank you, Armando and staff!

It sucks having to call a plumber!!! Most of the time you, never know how much it’s gonna cost before they arrive. But with Armando he carefully explained prices over the phone and situation where the prices would change. This is a very rare occurrence in the plumbing industry. It’s a huge value to customers. Armando arrived on time, actually earlier than quoted, but of course they called me ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Quality work that they clearly take pride in. Just look how amazing clean their trucks and their uniforms are! Thanks for your help! I have found a plumber for life.

Great to work with… fast, professional, friendly and quality work. Trust these guys to get things done and do it the right way. Super reliable too. Explains everything so I understand what needs to be done and why. Great communication too! Have had a couple of major repairs (older home) and plan to have them come back out to help with a bathroom remodel later this year. Love supporting local companies that do great work and take care of their customers. After my sewer line replacement i swear my yard looked better than it did before they dug it up!

We have had to have a lot of what we think is major plumbing done in our homes this past month. We were referred to Plomero by a mutual friend and Armando and his team have been very good at showing and walking us through the processes. Armando has been very patient and up front with all the work that has had to be done and we appreciate that customer service. So hard to come by in todays world. They are a 1 stop company and are very clean and capable of putting back what has to be torn up to repair the job. Tile on the floor, brick on the house, paint and yard. No having to hire other contractors, they do it all. We are extremely happy with Plomero and definitely suggest you contact them for any and all of your plumbing needs/wants. I scheduled an appointment a week ago after seeing their TV ad. We booked for March 25 between 12–4 PM. At 3:32 PM, March 25, they called to say they couldn’t make it due to a “situation.” I had already canceled other appointments to be home during that window, so it was a complete waste of time. They rescheduled us for the next day, March 26, between 7 AM–12 PM, saying we would be a “priority.” Again, I had to cancel morning errands and appointments to wait for them. By 11:03 AM, we still hadn’t heard anything, so I called for an update but there had been zero communication from their end. I was then told the technician’s car had broken down and they were transferring equipment to another vehicle. Mind you, I was the one that reached out asking when the plumber will be arriving, they put no effort in communicating with me before hand. Being told we would be the first appointment of the day, that wasn’t the case. After we reached out, they said they wouldn’t arrive until 12:30 PM and offered only $50 off a future service. 5 hours of waiting just for them to tell us the plumber will arrive AFTER the time frame. This level of service and communication is unprofessional. I don’t understand why they couldn’t send another technician, it felt like they only had one person available. They also failed to communicate delays or cancellations until the last minute, TWICE in a row. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I cannot recommend this company. They were unprofessional, unreliable, and showed no respect for our time. They apologize but do it again next appointment.
