I stumbled onto Plumb Plumbing, and I’m so grateful I did. From the man who did my estimate to the office manager and the installer, all were professional, courteous and helpful. What a find. While waiting for my electrician to do work for my job to be completed, I suggested Plumb to a friend who used them for a job and was quite satisfied, in sharp contrast to her experience with a very well known company in town. Look no further, these are the guys to choose.

We were notified a few months back after being in our building for 32 years that we didn’t have a backflow system on our building for our water….. we contacted Plumb Plumbing and spoke with Aaron who gave us a prompt bid on installing one for our business. After several months, we recontacted him and he updated the bid with a very fair price. He sent his technician Pete out to install the backflow device. Pete was not only knowledgeable. He showed up on time was thoughtful about his time that he was there because we had to have our water turned off and we wash cars, so water is kind of an important factor for our business, and he was very courteous of that. I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism, quality of work, value in cost of labor and supplies.

DO NOT use this rip-off plumbing company. I called them back for a tub/shower install. I wasn’t getting enough water to fill the tub. (It worked before they installed the new copper pipes) They sent out a plumber that did not have much experience. He was here 2 1/2 hours and most of that time was on the phone or sitting in his truck. After he left, we noticed our tub spout was leaking when I went to take a shower. They charged me $310.00. I paid it and called and complained about the amount for the work. They didn’t cash my check and sent it with the next plumber who came out to fix the new problem caused by the rookie plumber. The next plumber after two visits figured out the new problem was caused by the way the original copper pipe was installed. So, I paid plumb plumbing $180.00 for the original guy and now they want $130.00 for the second guy who came back and cleaned up the mess of the first two plumbers. hmmmmmm. $310.00. I’ve tried to work it out with them and they have no owner or manger who will call me back. They have no customer service. So Frustrating!
