Plumber in Reading Company

Called in to fix a leak with the washing machine and change broken stopcock. He then found out that the tap had a leak as well. So 3 jobs, he spent 2 hours working and 1 hr out looking for parts (literally went away in his van). He then ends the day by charging me 3 hours (£114x3) plus £80 for parts, washing machine is still leaking and tap still leaking!! He literally asked me for a bowl so he can put under the tap to catch the leak. This is after he “fixed it”. He also advised me to put the hose outlet of the washing machine over the sink so it wont wet the floor! He had no solution on how to stop the leak, gave laughable excuses but still demand payment! I feel scammed. How am I still left with the same problem 3hours and £400 later? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You’ll be hearing from Citizens Advice and Trading Standard very soon.

I needed an emergency plumber as I was having troubles with the hot water and the boiler had not been serviced for a while. Veer came over immediately and advised that a new combi boiler would be the best way forward. I was also given a 10 year guarantee and its a Worcester Bosch Boiler. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend them. Overall, a great experience and thanks again veer.

After having a few evenings that were a bit traumatic with issues in the bathroom I needed an emergency plumber in Reading. Veer came over and was there when I returned from work, he was kind, professional and skilled at fixing the pipes under my bath to fix the problem and prevented me from some serious issues.
