Initial response to a near emergency was quick and greatly appreciated. Temporary repairs were made on a Friday late afternoon into the evening. William returned on Saturday for a more detailed and much-needed restoration estimate. The first two days of the project didn’t seem to yield a lot of progress. The third day seemed more intense and focused; it was a long day for the crew! The fourth day they finished up the project. Not sure if crawl space piping under the house should be suspended. Skirting reinstalled properly. Inside all looks and works well.

Excellent customer service and worked around my appointment scheduling due to late part arrival. They really worked around my schedule. Job done with great attention to detail and cleanup. He had to use several different tools with my difficult sink faucet replacement but finished the job much quicker than my expectations. Very professional staff and pleasant to speak with each of them. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Plumber Kings was positive, start to finish. The gentleman who came out to look at our water heater thoroughly explained our options. Scheduling to get it replaced was easy and they worked around our availability. On the day of the water heater replacement, the original crew who was going to come ended up having a broken down vehicle, but Plumber Kings was able to send a different crew a little bit later and still get the job done the same day. The work crew was friendly, professional and tidy. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. After the work was done they answered all of my questions and final payment was a breeze.

An outside valve was found to be leaking. I called four plumbing contractors for a repair estimate. Plumber Kings was by far the most reasonable estimate. Jake came out right away, repaired the valve in a time far shorter than what the others had expressed. He was a true professional with an outstanding work ethic. Jason is the best forensic Plumber I've ever worked with. He diagnosed the source of wet walls in utility closet speedily and remedied the solution handily. He also gave me tips on minimizing the extent of the damage and how to replace the drywall myself. He made the problem a learning opportunity. As an Architect in an engineering dept., I appreciated him sharing his expeertise and insights.

Came home to my washer and dishwasher drain backing up and creating a total mess. Called these guys and I was absolutely impressed by the detail and quality of work. Total professionals. Money is tight right now and these guys understood that and still upheld their quality and standards and gave me a more than fair price. Boss man even came to verify the work done and gave me a quote on a few other things that need to be fixed which I appreciate. I recommend these guys very much and will continue to do business with them.
