I wanted say that the Ambient Edge Team that installed our Outdoor water faucets were truly Amazing! They were Extraordinary Hard Workers, took their time to install these faucets, explained in detail what they were doing and kept me posted on absolutely Everything! They were Cordial and Friendly! They were conscientious in their work and included me in supervision of their work! I can’t say Enough about Steve and his Worker. Both were Extreme Perfection when it comes to having Professional work done! I am Very Happy with their Work! It came out Way Better than I expected! Such a Great Team! I had an emergency at my house and they were able to get there within about an hour and a half Anthony was very professional friendly concerned great to work with and I felt like I could trust him with anything in our house. He took time to look at some other things that we needed fixed and both my son and I just thought he was amazing. Both of the technicians that came out were very professional and friendly and hard-working and I really hope that you give them a raise because I would be a customer of yours from now on because of The service that Anthony provided.

1st visit: I said I needed to find a leak that water company alerted me to. I showed him a small leaky ball joint connecter - thats all I could find. We both said that wasnt a leak that would cost $15 a month. He walked around the house but didnt see anything. He did a good job, very polite. I was thinking $200max but it was $491. We still didn't know where the real leak was. 3 days later no hot water. Found water heater had turned into a magnificent fountain, like a garden hose on full coming out everywhere. Now I knew where the leak was coming from. It probably started small until it became huge. I called to share, just saying in the future it would be best to check the water heater, water softener and under the house - you wont find those leaks unless you inspect. He wanted someone to look and learn training points so I agreed- but said I wasnt financially ready to replace it yet. He said "No Charge", so I said ok. The man who came was very nice and shared water heater info with me. I showed why no water could be seen from the outside, and why each appliance needed to be checked. Before leaving he said investigating for a water leak was $600. First time I heard that, tho I had requested them to find a water leak as per the water company. It's unfortunate that all people working for the company don't have the same information. It seems the same everywhere. They had originally told me on the phone, before the first visit - there was a $100 charge for coming out that would be deducted from repair charge. That didn't happen, I just paid the $491 specified by the book for the repair. On the second visit for "trading purposes" he wanted me to pay $100 for coming out, but the office fixed that confusion.

James was my technician that has been to my home before and it was good to have a familiar face come back. I needed a quote on some work as well as my water heater flushed, and a pipe fixed by my washer and dryer hookups. He explained what I needed, what the work would look like and the costs of everything. So efficient and got it done in no time. The work was clean and he make sure the space was as it was before. So thankful to James for all his help.

The worst plumbing service I've ever had do not go to them they ripped me off let me start out first by saying that I was out of town and I told them, I would call them to schedule an appointment on a Thursday. Instead, they showed up at my house and were waiting outside for almost a 1/2 an hour. I was in the shower, so then I answered the door and I asked them, how can I help them? They said, oh, we're here to do your plumbing, I said, no I was supposed to call you guys today to schedule my appointment because I'm not ready for you guys to come. And so anyways , long story short , I let them come in to do the plumbing work with that being said they changed out the water heater, which was not due to be changed. They also just to fix some of the plumbing underneath 3 of my sinks, which was just to replace a hose pretty much on all 3 of them, then then they cut a hole in my wall to get to my plumbing in my room which they didn't have to do because you can see one of the pictures there was already a spot where they could get to the plumbing. They never asked me or told me that's what they were going to do because I would definitely have not agreed to that. They left the biggest mass.Do not clean up after themselves.Not only that, but I paid $11000, and then my plumbing was still leaking afterwards.Do not go to these people, they rip you off.And they are way overcharged , and they barely even do the work they leave in a mess , and they don't even do anything about it.

I recommend using Ambient Edge every day. Our house was built in 1940 and our old clay sewer line busted and when it got out of our hands to know what to do. We called and they sent Aaron out within 30 mins and he spent 3 hours diagnoseing our issue and finding out where all our lines were. He found out we had a whole knew sewer line ran in our yard that we had no idea about and never would have found ourselves. Only half the house was hooked to the new line. He worked out an amazing qoute for us and had Blaine and Anthony come run the line to connect the other half of the house to the new sewer line within 48 hours of it all happening. Aaron worked in the heat for 3 hours and figured out everything. So much more than service than expected. 5 stars all the way to him. Blaine and Anthony came and did the repairs and new line within an hour. Their work was awesome and done very well done. 5 stars to them as well. Thank you Ambient Edge. You saved us! Incredible work.

Aaron was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the transparency of the accessment and quote that I was presented.
