I had a frozen shut off valve that went to the main water line to the house. I contacted Plumbing & Electrical Concepts and they sent a service rep out the same day. He took care of the issue and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The service charge was very reasonable I would definitely recommend Plumbing & Electrical Concepts!

I called Plumbing & Electrical Concepts out for an electrical issue that caused my baseboard heaters to fail. They prioritized my call and fixed the issue the same day. They sent out their electrician Tony who is very knowledgeable & professional . Their pricing is fair and I would highly recommend using them again !!!

We experienced a gas leak outside affecting gas to our house a of couple days before Christmas. Guest coming and gas turned off by gas company. I called Tim at PEC, upon his inspection, Tim came up with a plan. Once ok'd by City and Unisource inspectors, Tim went to work. After 3 days of no hot water or heat it was turned back on. Thank you so much for your work to save our Holiday Tim. Work was excellent and I would use them again.

If I could give Dave zero stars I would. This company did all of the electrical and plumbing for our new home after our old home burned down. He tried to charge us 15k more than the bid and had absolutely no justification or paperwork for doing so. After discussing everything he rightfully brought down the price to what he initially told us it was after we showed him proof of the hours, costs, and labor performed (he was hardly ever on site and even told us “he had no way of knowing how many hours they worked or what his employees did) Now, our house has flooded from a spigot that was installed and hadn’t been used, and he refuses to honor the warranty offered when he installed everything. He said he’d install a new one and perform the maintenance but immediately told us it was our fault and he would charge us for the repair… The employees are kind, respectful, and even backed us up in regard to his overpricing when we asked them about his outrageous claims, but Dave is shady and is scamming people out of money. I would not use him again even if he was the only company around.
