We didn’t have much complaint about the plumber himself—he did his job in identifying the leak issue. However, my company experienced one of the worst customer service interactions we’ve had in a long time. After opening the ceiling, the team removed and discarded the drywall pieces, which made restoration much more difficult. When I asked about this, the customer service representative claimed the drywall “crumbled into small pieces” on the spot even without checking with anyone - and which was clearly not the case as seen in the picture. What was most frustrating wasn’t just the issue itself, but the dismissive response. A simple, respectful reply like “we’ll check with the technician and get back to you” would’ve been enough. Instead, I was told to “go read the agreement you signed.” That kind of response shows a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left the impression that this is not a customer-focused business.

We had a water line freeze and were without water for two days. Plumbing Pals, Anthony, came in and was able to find a solution very quickly. We are very grateful and impressed by how efficient the guys performed the job. Highly recommend!

When I called to book my appointment the woman who answered the phone was friendly quick and understanding. There was no estimate fee which I really appreciate. Stephan who came out was knowledgeable, and friendly. The quote I received was reasonable and well explained. The job got done quickly and looks really good. He was cool with my dog as well. My experience with Plumbing Pals was wonderful from the start. I knew that I had to replace the hose shut-off valves before I could get a new washing machine. Karissa told me I could schedule an estimate appointment. John Lankelis arrived, and was phenomenal!! He showed me that I also needed to replace the shut-off valves above the laundry sink, which involved some new pieces of pipe. John explained exactly what he would do and what materials he would use. The price he quoted was fair. I was very impressed with his careful and meticulous work. John answered every question I had about what he was doing today, and thoroughly addressed concerns that I had about other things. He also respected my property, working cleanly and efficiently. I want to take good care of my home, and be able to trust the people who work in it. That is certainly John Lankelis. I will enthusiastically contact Plumbing Pals in the future for other work. Highly recommend! John showed up promptly at the beginning of the time window he was expected and quickly worked to resolve the issue with my garbage disposal. They also don’t require you to buy parts through them. He told me exactly what I needed after diagnosing the issue, and then I rescheduled them for a quick follow up return visit once I picked up what I needed from Home Depot. Quick, efficient and everything’s working as intended now.

Finding good help that responds to your call is becoming harder and harder these days…Plumbing Pals called me to schedule my appointment for a free estimate immediately! The scheduling was very accommodating to my availability and the person I spoke to was extremely friendly! The plumbers were prompt, let me explain everything I needed and gave me a very reasonable price. Alan and Leroy were able to complete the job on site and even helped with a few little things I needed on my install I can’t recommend them enough and they will absolutely be my new go to for any plumbing needs.

Clogged kitchen drain on Sunday, called and was given a 8-10am window on Monday. Leroy arrived on time, took a few tries, coming back in with bigger snakes (augur?), until drain was clear. Even then, there was a gurgle noise at the end on drain clearing, so he came back to run the snake one more time to clear that little noise. He was courteous, professional, just an all around good guy. Initial estimate was final price, so they’re good to their word. We’re new to Philly, and are happy to have found our plumbing company going forward. Five Stars!
