PROS - Ok from the start, Autumn who set everything up was AWESOME! The technician Landon, did a GREAT job with explaining everything to me and finding out the issue I had going on. CONS - They are a little pricey, BUT you get what you pay for.

This was my first experience using Plumbing Pros under unfortunate circumstances. I didn’t know where to even start but from that initial phone call to the first meeting and the extensive job I was treated respectfully and explained everything throughly. My initial meeting with Francisco and Chris went great, they showed me the issues and explained to me exactly what was going on. I knew that I would hire them for the job. They scheduled me in right away and Francisco came out early in the morning along with Jay spent all day into the evening in my home. Francisco is very detail oriented and it shows in the work that he does. Honestly, he takes pride in his job and that is of great value for a customer like me. Jay was there in every step assisting him and Chris showed up to see how the work was going. Great customer service. They made me feel safe and confident that I was in good hands. The job took two days to get done and Francisco was at it again for more than a few hours today. At the end of the job Francisco asked me how things were going to make sure everything was good. This was one of the most stressful times for me in my home and Francisco, Chris and Jay did a good job of making me feel less stressed. They were even kind to my dog who was acting crazy with strangers in the home. I will definitely be calling them again because I’ll need other updates soon.

Sal was awesome! I called last night with emergency and he walked my daughter through shutting off the main water valve. Jason came out today and did a great job repairing the break and getting the heat and hot water back. I thought pricing was fair and appreciated that they came out on the weekend. Also were helpful with referring someone to help with repair and remediation. Definitely will recommend them and use in the future.

Another great experience with Plumbing Pros. Although under unfortunate circumstances, they do a wonderful job every single time. They are always kind, honest, and knowledgeable. Chris and Sam are great to work with. Even though plumbing issues can be an investment, they have competitive rates but I never have to doubt the quality of work I am receiving. They are worth every penny. Will always recommend.

Autumn was awesome getting me help quick. She had someone dispatched to my house to fix a busted water line before I even disconnected the call. Sam, the technician, was polite, knowledgeable, professional... I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. He took his time diagnosing and kept me informed through every step. Looking forward to utilizing Plumbing Pros again....next time it will be a well thought out, planned job! Would gladly give more than five stars if it were an option.

I want to thanks Sal, Chris specially Sam from Plumming Pros. Monday morning we found sewage backed up in our basement. Unfortunately right after a major snow storm had blanketed NJ with 2 feet of snow. I thought there was no way someone would come out right away. So I got on my phone and googled searched for plumbers near me. I came across Plumbing pros and gave them a call. They answered right away and thankfully had a tech on call. Within a few mins I had a text from the tech. In the message was a picture of the tech and text letting me know he was on his way. Within the hour he was knocking at our door step. Well mannered, polite and friendly. Sam to got to work right away. First putting on booties to keep our floor clean. I showed him to the basement and he got set up. Laying out tarps and garbage bags to keep things neat and orderly. As he moved the camera down the pipe looking for the problem he took pictures along the way. He kept me informed the whole way and even let me look over his shoulder as he worked. When he knew what the problem was he called his owner and confirmed what he saw… broken pipe and tree roots blocking the pipe. He worked up an estimate and had financing available. Knowing the urgency, they got me scheduled right away. By Wednesday morning they started digging. I was impressed with the safety measures taken around and in the hole. Safety fencing around the hole site and metal boxes to hold the walls up. Thursday the new pipe was in and even got it inspected the same day. We were back up and running by Thursday night. I was impressed with how everything was handled start to finish. I know who I’ll be calling and recommending to everyone for their plumbing problems. Thank you again!

Tub faucet dripping steadily. Company arrived promptly and recommended upgrading the faucet and shower head. Work was completed professionally to my satisfaction. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely use for any future plumbing issues!

Plumbing Pros LLC was wonderful. One call and they were at my house with a solution the same day. If you can ask for Sam. Clean work and explains in detail before they touch a thing. Great Service. I will with full confidence refer them (Sam) to all my friends.
