My toilet was leaking. I had used Plumbing Masters twice before and was well satisfied with their service and work so it was an easy decision to call them once again. I figured that it could be a wait but within two hours Ron showed up and took care of my issue. Must say that Ron was most personable, explained what he needed to do, left his work area clean, and provided great customer service. Needless to say I will use them again if future plumbing needs arrive. Thanks for being a very reliable business to deal with.

Plumbing Masters did a big job for me replacing my sewer line. The line was 9 feet deep and they ran into several problems. They solved each problem and did beautiful work making sure to leave the work site in great shape. They are prompt, communicate well and Logan and crew were the smartest and hardest working crew I’ve met in many years. A 12 hour job done meticulously. I highly recommend them, it’s almost impossible to find work of this quality anymore.

Had leak around toilet, called and they sent out (Shawn?) on same day. We chose to get new toilet. Shawn did great job with explanation on what was wrong. The only complaint is that price paid was almost $100 more than quote leaving us short on cash for the next 2 weeks till next paycheck.

Jason fixed my burst frost free outdoor water tap, expertly, while explaining everything. Showed me how to turn off the water from the inside so it won’t burst again. I couldn’t ask for better service. Jason is a wonderful guy. Thank you.
