I call my Plumbologist in a panick at 3:30 in the afternoon. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He kept me apprised of his location and showed up with equipment in hand. Did the replacement and made recommendations for annual maintenance. I have used Jeff multiple times and am always delighted with his work.

Plumbologist, LLC was great! He was able to install an Aquasana water filtering system in a small space, which other plumbers were not willing to do. He was timely, efficient, very pleasant to work with, and his pricing is very reasonable. Having him come back to do other plumbing!

Very unprofessional. Update: Need I say more? Unprofessional response and HE STILL HASN’T RETURNED THE DOZEN PHONE CALLS PLACED TO HIM. clearly it’s not a time issue as he had time to reply like a girl in high school with the phrase “keep your shade” 臘♂️

Called another large plumbing company to simply Replace old valves and reset toilets after a flooring job. They quoted a ridiculously outrageous price so I called an associated plumber. He came out within 24 hours and replaced both valves and reset both toilets for a fraction of what one valve replacement would’ve cost with the other guys. Fair dealing and prompt, professional service. Thank you!

If you are looking fur service prioritized around your needs, Plumbologist is the winning choice and they will go above and beyond to deliver quality work. My install of 2 toilets required additional work that could only be seen once the drain was visible and the work required to clear it was well laid out. Definitely on the up and up!
