I called PlumbPro after noticing wet spots forming on my ceiling. To their credit, they scheduled a next-day visit and conducted a thorough inspection. They cut a hole in the ceiling—with the understanding that I would be responsible for patching it—in order to run diagnostics, including running water for about 30 minutes in total. They also inspected the bathroom above, which was the initial suspected source. Ultimately, they determined the issue was most likely a roof leak, which is outside their scope of work. The visit ending up costing $300 and mainly involved cutting a hole in the ceiling, and running water for roughly 30 minutes. After returning to the house to retrieve the access panel, their demeanor noticeably changed, and it felt like the team was in a rush. The access panel provided barely fit and had them chipping away drywall by hand to install. I then had to modify it myself after they left to make sure it was secure and wouldn’t fall. Now, to properly fix the ceiling, I’ll need to enlarge the hole further to remove the uneven sections of drywall. This rush also left little time to discuss other potential issues they briefly mentioned. I later called the office with follow-up questions but never received a response. Additionally, my shower handle hasn’t turned as smoothly since the inspection. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the experience. While I understand the issue was outside their scope, $300 feels steep for a 90-minute visit that ultimately left me with additional out-of-pocket repairs.

Well after learning from a homeowner that was a customer of mine until plumbpro came out to his property and full fledged lied to the homeowner. Stated that the sump pump that I claimed to installed was original to the house(wrong ) have photos to prove it. Secondly they billed the homeowner for new main and backup pump. Reviewed photos plumbpro only swapped out the float activation switch and some new pvc piping. The invoice that was reviewed stated they replaced both pumps and switch. I’m just completely surprised that they have 5 star rating.

Thanks to Google Reviews, I selected PlumbPro when I had a blockage in my sewer pipe (due to deterioration of the cast iron). I was so impressed by the thoroughness of George, helped by Mark, in clearing the blockage, that I happily joined their maintenance program. I have since had my sewer inspection by Mike, had all cast iron replaced with PVC thanks to John and Andrickson, and am looking forward to AC Maintenance in a few days! Special thanks to the workers from Flow that completed the work of bursting the cast iron under my driveway and connecting to the PVC in my basement. Excellent services and very happy to be PlumbPro's customer.

I can’t say enough about the responsiveness of Plumb Pro! We had a freak main pipe break causing us to lose all water, we called them that morning, Matt arrived 30 minutes later - we had an estimate shortly thereafter. They acquiesced to our needing an itemized bid, and were out the next day bright and early. John and Bob were the experts who did the work for us this day. The level of professionalism, respect for our home, cognizance of our animals was unparalleled. They were so communicative. Not to mention it wasn’t exactly warm outside, they managed to restore us with water in less than a day! I’m still beside myself at how fast they worked with how cold it was. They literally wiped every inch of our floor before leaving too. We called several places for estimates, and every other company told us that they couldn’t be out to help for several weeks. Plumb Pro’s price was better, they were incredibly quick to help, and the technicians are nicer and super skilled! Overall, if I could give this experience 100 stars I would. We absolutely love John and Bob! John has done work for us in the past through Plumb Pro and we continue to request him when we have a need!

Hunter was amazing. We have been having trouble finding the potential source of a leak. He took his time, diligently tested multiple potential sources and then helped walk me through his findings. Not pushy, didn’t rush through it. Fantastic customer service. And our dog loved him- and you know how hard it is to fool a dog. We love Plumbpro for this exact reason. Thanks again Hunter!
