Great service. These guys were available by phone, agreed to a service call after hours on the weekend. However, after several calls with them walking me through a couple of issues, we were able to resolve the issue. We now have heat on the coldest day of the year. Great Job Pocono Service Pros..

Keith and Dan provided exceptional service when I was in a pinch. My boiler stopped working overnight and Keith was on the phone with me at 7AM on a Saturday spending over an hour troubleshooting the problem. We went over options and he went out of his way to find a blower to resolve the issue. His brother Dan was at our house my noon to install the new blower and fully resolve the issue. They really showed what it means to go above and beyond for your customers. We’d recommend them to anyone!

Dan from PSP arrived on a Saturday to help with a broken sump pump and water pressure problems. He explained the steps needed, was patient and efficient, and advised me about future maintenance for the pressure tank. I appreciated their services and will continue using them.
