Rick and his coworker were awesome. Very quick to come out to assess some water damage and easily explain the issues that caused it. We will have them come back out to fix a couple more items once they get back to us with a quote.

*5 Stars* The owners, staff and all workers are A+ and really care about their customers. You won't find a better company who charges very fair prices and does such a great job. They arrive on time, take the time to explain, do an excellent job each time, humble and very kind and have never changed my quoted price. I've used them for decades and couldn't be happier with all repairs they've done on my home. They are all around the BEST company you will ever find.

When Logan first assessed my plumbing needs, he provided me with great solutions and feedback to match my needs. When Logan and his teammate came back to install the faucet I choose, I received more great information about questions I had about things, such as my water softener, etc. The customer service was excellent and my sink is beautifully installed. I would highly recommend this team from Ponds.

We have a radiant heat system that is 23 years old. The indirect water heater was failing. Tim and his team at Ponds worked tirelessly for 1.5 days to get the old one out and the new one in and take care of some surprises along the way. They were kind, courteous and dedicated to making it work for us. I highly recommend Ponds.

Logan from Ponds Plumbing went above and beyond all my expectations and my expectations were very high to begin with!!!! I watched the entire installation and Logan patiently answered all my questions as he worked. The water heater installation with Logan and Ponds was just totally awesome and I am extremely impressed and pleased!!!! Give Logan a big bonus!!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would - Ponds, and specifically Tim R who was on call this weekend, did a fantastic job and really got us out of a gas leak bind. Outstanding communication, fair price and helpful every step of the way. True professionals at Ponds!

Pond's is great. Their staff is polite and pleasant from the receptionist to the plumbers. Rick did a great job replacing the disposal in the kitchen. He explained what he was doing and then, he did it: no wasted time. He cleaned up the work his work area well. Left nothing I needed to clean. He also replaced a part in a toilet. Rick was skilled, polite and pleasant. He was clean and tidy. Thanks Rick and thanks Ponds.
