Recently, my old water heater stopped working in my older home, so I went out and bought a replacement. I also arranged for installation and removal of the old heater through the store, which set up a local plumbing company to handle the job. Not long after, I got a call from the plumbing team to schedule a time for a technician to come by and take a look at what would be needed for the new water heater installation. Leo, the tech, arrived the next morning right on time. He was very professional, friendly, and quickly figured out everything that was needed to get the new water heater in place. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to schedule the installation for later that same day. I was given a time window in the afternoon, and then got a call letting me know when the plumbers were on their way. Everett and another plumber showed up right on time and got started immediately. They finished installing the new water heater in less than an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Both of them were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. From start to finish, I was really impressed with the level of service I received from this plumbing company. If I ever need plumbing help again, I’ll definitely call them.

After living in our new place for a short while, we ran into a stubborn clogged toilet that just wouldn't budge, no matter how much we tried to fix it ourselves. that's when we decided to call Poole Brothers Plumbing. everett arrived at our home within a couple of hours and quickly got to work. after checking under the house, he found that the plumbing pipes were in really rough shape and needed a total replacement. we agreed to have all the pipes inside and outside changed. the whole process went smoothly, and the service was fantastic. the price was very reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind it gave us. leo and his helper handled the job with a lot of professionalism, were always polite, and made sure to keep us updated on everything happening. we're really happy with the work and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.
