install went well. we asked to reroute the condensation line from running across the roof into a vent. we were told...no problem. the cleanup was was not what we expected. the unit...duct work and insulation were piled onto the street. we live on a fairly severe curve and when it started to get dark...we were worried that someone might run into the mess. we called just before 5:00 and felt better after being told cleanup was running late...but when it got dark we moved a car in front of the pile. a little after 7:30 a young man showed up. never came to the house to say he was here or that he was done. final cleanup consisted of using a leaf blower to blow the insulation across the street into the neighbors yard. i spent my saturday morning sweeping up sheet metal screws... insulation and drywall plaster. left us thinking that paying a premium for the Precision Air brand was a let down. i did send an email on saturday and talked to our sales tech...no response. UPDATE: Email & phone call were never responded to...but posting a less than desirable review prompted Precision to give us a call. Bethany spent 45 minutes with us going over the specifics of our complaint. It turns out that the cleanup crew is a third party...not Precision employees. Precision has little control on what time the cleanup crew will arrive and at what level they preform at. Using our anecdotal experience...Bethany was going to reach out to their sub contractor and point out the deficiency. Going forward we believe that Precision will preform to the high bar they have set..hence the new 4 star rating

I had a great experience with Leslie Cintron who came out for my air-conditioning check. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was pleasant, professional, and very thorough in her work. I especially appreciated that she put on shoe protectors as soon as she entered the house such a thoughtful and respectful touch. She did an excellent job, and I truly enjoyed her visit. Miguel & Chris came out to fix my main drain in the master bathroom. It was replaced before I purchased the home by another company and it was done poorly and has been leaking fir the last 9 years. Good thing we found the leak and repaired it properly. Great work guys!!! THANK YOU!!

I have been a loyal customer of precision for many years. we were talked in to the vent cleaning service and I'm sad to say the amount of dust, drywall and paint that was knocked off in and around our vents will cause me hours of cleaning and repainting. they also left their taeps up in some places. these are just a few photos

Right from the start of scheduling an estimate through their customer service number, who was very hospitable and friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. Also always keeping us advised of the appointment and who will be coming, Then moving along with Marc, the field supervisor coming over to present.. He worked with us for ac and htg and electronic air cleaner purchase. Super thorough, spent a lot of time to make sure we understood the entire process from start to finish and purchase what we want and need. Lots of info to take in but he made it easier to follow thru the entire presenting process of the whole works and very very thorough with answering every question and explaining the entire start to finish process with the entire staff that would be coming and after care. Being well informed by Marc made it easier for us to not only choose Precision for the big purchase , but also gave us the confidence we would be in very good hands and have an excellent high rated very dependable product we chose. Also being advised of the crew installing the entire system. Marc always answered his phone and assisted with any other items during the install . The crew that came for the install, Vic and Alex, called us early a.m to advise again, right on time ,giant truck very impressive and big workshop right in the truck. Vic and Alex were fine tuned installers team, experts and super friendly, very courteous, and letting us know the process and how it is all going along. Cleaning up the areas after looked super clean. And the team lead Vic very thorough explaining the process and not leaving until it was done. Alex was very thorough and friendly worked very well with Vic and guidance and steps, they truly were fine tuned machines. And could clearly see they truly enjoyed what they do and providing excellent service and worked till the job was totally done. Always giving updates throughout the process. Overall great company and entire staff to work with before purchase during install and after with any other after questions.

Loren provided outstanding service when repairing my air conditioner. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the repair process. Absolutely the BEST service I’ve ever had from a company! Mark & Gerald were professional, knowledgeable & efficient! Precision has great technology so they can download the issues or problems w/your HVAC units & suggest needed repairs. They also educated me on the WRONG filters I was using which were causing my HVAC units to work harder! Awesome company & guys!! THKS Precision!!

My husband and I give Precision Air & Plumbing 5 stars! Exceptional customer service from our first call. Max came to our house checked our AC unit and mini split, walked my husband through everything he was checking and explained their maintenance program and duct cleaning services. We were impressed with the amount of services we could get when agreeing to having our ducts cleaned. The duct cleaning crew lead by Mitchell was professional, and did a great job protecting our furniture and dealing with our dogs. Our duct work looked brand new after their service. Great service, great employees and very reasonable prices. We highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I really appreciated that they called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They arrived promptly within the scheduled time window, which is always a big plus. The technician was neat, clean, and dressed professionally. He took the time to clearly explain what he would be doing during the tune-up, which I found very reassuring. Throughout the visit, his manner was polite, friendly, and professional. After completing the tune-up, he thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed and answered all my questions. Once I gave approval, he was able to complete the repairs right away—even though it was late in the day—which I really appreciated.
