Precision Plus Plumbing (Derrick, in particular) was easy to work with and thoughtful. I turned my water off so by the time Derrick arrived, the leak stopped and the source was hard to identify. Derrick patiently eliminated sources until we found the culprit. Derrick then quickly resolved the issue and gave me tips about preventing similar issues in the future. He was knowledgeable and very professional, answering all of my questions clearly. I am confident in Derrick's work and would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

We couldn’t reignite our pilot on hot water tank. We called Precision. They came out same day. Our system was old and needed replacement. Precision was able to get us a new hot water tank and install same day. Our techs were explained the issues well and were great to deal with. We will definitely call them again when we have any kind of plumbing problems.
