Derrick patiently eliminated sources until we found the culprit. Derrick then quickly resolved the issue and gave me tips about preventing similar issues in the future. He was knowledgeable and very professional, answering all of my questions clearly. I am confident in Derrick's work and would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.
