Absolutely recommend! We noticed our water heater leaking and called around and these guys were quick to answer and even quicker to come out. Derrick came out and was wonderful. He was fast, efficient, and explained things well. We loved that he was able to come and check out the situation and immediately replace it with everything already in his truck. He made sure everything was put to rights and even went above and beyond on making things easier for us in the future. He was also extremely kind and courteous and my grandma was at the home helping around and he made sure to explain everything he was doing to her as well. He even didn’t care and in fact welcomed all of our crazy animals and was just great all around. I’d recommend this company and its workers 100%, and my grandma even already made a note of who she will call if she ever needs anything.

Can’t recommend enough! We had very concerning issues with rattling, vibrating pipes throughout our home and were able to get Derrick sent out to our home within a day of calling. He was honest, considerate, and went above and beyond to help identify the issue and assure us of the fix. I would trust him in my home even if I wasn’t there. That’s sayin a lot these days. He was able to quickly perform the repair and at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for any plumbing issue in the future. Thank you for bringing peace to a highly stressful situation for our family! *I thought I posted this a couple months ago after the service but didn’t apparently. You deserve double recognition, Derrick, for my dropping the ball.

My previous experience with them was pleasant. However, I had them come out a month ago and they fixed an issue. I wasn’t home when they were leaving so I asked my spouse to ask what they did about the water dripping and they responded. They didn’t even notice that. Which is very strange. So they went back down, looked at it and decided to come back another day to fix that. So I had to pay for all these different repeat appointments. Now my water heater went out again, and I have called and texted the company and they will not respond.

Have had Prestige Plumbing do a few plumbing projects for us and I have been so happy with everything. They’re quick. Efficient. Priced well. Ben was so easy to work with and did a really great job. Making sure throughout the project that it was looking and faucets were placed where I liked them. Would definitely recommend.

This was the second time we’ve had Ben out to our home. The first time was to change out a water heater under warranty because we could not get a hold of the plumber that originally installed it. He did a great job and also ran some water line in our garage for us. Unfortunately, the second warranty water heater failed, so we decided to scrap that brand and go with a tankless. Their office manager rescheduled a number of appointments to get us moved up on their schedule so we wouldn’t have to go a week without hot water. Ben and his assistant (didn’t catch his name) showed up on time, answered all my questions, and gave me their recommendation for a new tankless based on the features we wanted. They got it put in and working in about 4 hours and it looks and works great. I won’t say they’re the cheapest, but they’re also not the most expensive, and they do great work! We will definitely use them in the future when we need plumbing work done.
