I highly recommend Pride. The technician, Brian, at Pride was so helpful- I had bought a new dishwasher and needed it installed. Brian called to tell me when he would be here, and he was prompt, polite, and even took the old dishwasher for me. Thanks so much for getting my kitchen operational again!

Kash did a good job for us doing our annual checkup. He was able to check two of our three HVAC systems, but the third was in an attic with too small an opening for him to access (he's a big guy). However, he arranged to have one of the smaller techs come out two days later to do the third system. Johnny followed up today and inspected our third system and changed several filters. He was also very professional and did a thorough job. He also sent us photos of many of the components in our system that he inspected. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided.

Chris was very personable and knowledgeable about my needs for my AC unit. He kept me informed about the work that was being done and successful in completing the projec. He helped me with the payment and signing of the contract with Pride. I enjoyed his coversation and his wanting to complete the project in a professional manner.

Kash was friendly, efficient, and arrived early to repair a heat pump. He gave me a courtesy call so I could open the garage and get ready for him. After the repair, he packed up his equipment and left the work area clean. The work was done under warranty so there was no charge. A very positive experience, and Kash is an excellent technician.

This was the first time I felt like our Service Tech asked me questions and listened to my concerns. He immediately went to work replacing all filters and then going into the attic/crawl space where he found many issues, including a gas leak, that I felt should have been caught by the last Tech. He took pictures and explained them in detail. Gave me suggestions and again, in detail, told me what steps to take. I will definitely request to have him return for our next service. Excellent Service Tech!

We had an outstanding experience. Kevin was excellent, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kevin took the time to clearly explain what had happened to our AC, answer our questions, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. What impressed us even more was how fast they responded. They arrived the same day, in less than an hour, and resolved the issue right away. Kevin provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, and the entire experience, from scheduling over the phone to completing the repair, was seamless and strees-free. Fantastic experience with Pride. Our AC started going out over the weekend. First thing monday morning Pride was able to get Ricardo out to our place and assess the situation. Unfortunately, it was worst case and we really needed to replace the entire unit. Ricardo walked me through all the options and was extremely helpful. He was even able to schedule the install for the next day so we didn't have to be without AC for very long at all. Joel and Perrin were able to get us fully operational in a day and were bith friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier we chose Pride for our AC issues.

Johnny was great - punctual and polite. Four stars only because the order he received was incorrect. Fortunately, I remembered the conversation with last technician but had to call to rectify, and Johnny switched gears to do the correct work. I also had to call the company several times to have dispatch call me to arrange the appointment. Everyone is always very courteous, but they could be a bit more efficient in communication and responsiveness. That aside, the people are very nice, and their work is good, so I would recommend them overall.

We had a great experience today with Brian. He replaced our very old, very hard to get to, water heater. He worked hard for many hours without even sitting down to rest! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We enjoyed having him in our home. If we ever need plumbing work done again, we will definitely request Brian to do the work.
