Paul and his crew were beyond expectation. I had an emergency on Tuesday morning and they were here today to assess recommend and fix. Simple exceptional service. Highly recommended. Totally professional, responsive, prompt, and kind. Took time to explain what they were doing and were very honest about what issues were urgent and what could wait till later. Reasonably priced too. Just bought a new house and will be using Prime Flow for all my plumbing needs!!
