We worked with Prime Flow Plumbing on a bathroom remodel, converting a tub to a shower. Both Jeron and Paul were wonderful to work with. They were professional, showed up on time, and answered all my questions. I'm so happy we went with them.

Yep….it is a long review…but worth it! We have had a leak for years coming from our upstairs shower to our basement, many have looked at it and could not figure it out or charged us to fix a pipe, then to just see the leak continue. We finally decided it is time to REALLY fix it. I had many come look and give me a bid and finally we found that the leak was coming through our tile wall...lasted 50+ years. The quotes were crazy!!! I guess I show my age when I realized that all the bids were about the same except a couple way higher and one way too low for me to go with them. We decided to go with Prime Flow Plumbing through a referral from Karenina from Miss K Kitchen and Bath remodel (she was one of our bids, but I decided to do most the work myself so she sent me to use her plumber), I highly recommend her as well! From the first interaction to the end, it was seamless. Paul and Jeron were very respectful of my home and to me and my family AND they know their stuff! I am a hands on, back seat contractor….NOT REALLY, but I have a tendency to watch over the shoulder, to learn and see what is happening, not only were they cool with that, but Paul taught me how to use the amazing oscillating multi-tool to evenly and quickly cut my sheetrock, he even let me use his because I have not bought one yet, although I will! My 3-year-old grandson also sat a chair outside the bathroom to oversee the project, Jeron would always give him a high 5, and never made me feel like he was in the way. I hired Prime Flow to take my old cast iron tub out and repair all the plumbing behind the wall and finish up all trim after tile was set for my bath and shower. They did all that then I added replacing my main water shut off valve, the bathroom sink and toilet water line valves and the main drain pipe coming from the upstairs bathroom. I would not have done that but they showed me the crack..yep, actual crack in the drain pipe. The cost to add all this was reasonable, but I really loved that they were still so quick at doing the getting it all ready for the tile to be set in the shower wall and bathroom floor. They also stayed in contact with me so they could come ASAP after the tile was complete so they could finish the plumbing for the shower. This work was all being done while Jeron was spack dab in the middle of getting married, I think it was the day after he got married that he came and finished work, I really felt bad, but that tells you the commitment of this company. So, no leak! We are good to go and my bathroom looks fabulous. I highly recommend Prime Flow, I feel they are a part of the good ole’ days where you could expect not only great work, but great customer service, which to me is a lost art in the contracting world! Used them twice. Once to replace our water heater. I could do it myself but rather save my back and they warranty it. Plus they include all the new fittings, expansion tank, exhaust etc. Second time I had a drum trap clogged. Recommend we replace the whole thing with a P trap. He got it done so quick and was able to take a shower that evening.

Paul and Jeron did all of the plumbing work on our substantial 1500 square foot remodel, including a kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry room, adding a powder bathroom, primary bathroom with steam shower and another full guest bathroom. We are very happy with the results. They are both professional and pleasant to work with and they have been quick to respond if there was anything that required follow ups.
