We were smelling a faintly fishy odor coming from our vents and so we called J & A and she took our information, told us that a tech would be responding to us as soon as possible. The tech that helped us was Steve. They sent his picture, bio, and background, I thought that was very nice to see who was coming to our house. He got here in a timely manner, very professional, very thorough and genuinely concerned about our issue. He fixed the problem, and answered other questions about our furnace & other services offered. We greatly appreciate his work and the next time we will definitely be calling on J & A for our other household needs. Thank you again & God bless you abundantly.

Professional Plumbing & Heating Co were there for us when we had a disaster in our kitchen. They arrived in a hurry and were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Due to our flustered state, as the ceiling in our kitchen was filling up with water, they were friendly and patient as well as ensuring us everything was going to be ok. The guys on the job were amazing and Gary in the office was wonderful to work. Thanks Again! I'd highly recommend them!

I want to let people know what a wonderful experience I had with Gary and others at Professional Plumbers. He has repaired other issues in the house and each time has been outstanding! Repairs done in short time, reasonably priced and repaired the problem. I was very impressed. They men were kind and considerate. My opinion, for these men and this company is excellent!!!! You do well to contact them for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend:))

Finally after over 7 plumbing companies I found one with integrity, doesn’t overcharge on labor/materials, efficient, cleans up, quick to respond to calls, takes time to answer other unrelated plumbing questions. Thanks Mark (& Logan on the hot water tank install)
