Chip graciously made himself available on a Saturday to replace my faulty water heater. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He had the job completed in an hour and a half and cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old tank. While he was here I was prepping him for the next job that I am going to ask him to tackle and he has already agreed to take it on. I will use him every time from this point forward. He had the most affordable price of all my calls and ended up being an excellent plumber. Needless to say, would highly recommend Progress Plumbing AKA Chip!

I called Chip to repair a broken piece in my toilet - he was out the next day, upfront right away on cost, honest, and friendly. As he worked, he discovered another issue and brought to my attention. He was excellent, on time, thorough, kind, reasonable price, and a pleasure to work with. He left telling me to call him back if any issues with the repair as he wanted a satisfied customer. No issues and very happy a neighbor had recommended him. This was my first time, but would certainly use again and highly recommend.

Great experience with Chip. Was getting brown water and the anode rod on our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He came out the same day and did a great job replacing it with a powered anode unit that we supplied for him to install. Very fair price and great personality! Will use Chip again anytime a repair is needed.
