I had done business with them 4 previous times with excellent results. Unfortunately Pruitt's has become a dishonest, incompetent and predatory business like everyone else these days. My story is long, suffice to say they lied to me to add charges to a simple garbage disposal replacement on Home Warranty and got caught because I know what I am doing.They sent an unqualified and incometant technician who flat out lied to me. I have filed a formal complaint with the warranty provider They refused to respond to my inquiry. They also tried to bill the the warranty for the service that was not provided. I get that a small repair like that may cost them money, but cheating customers is not the way to improve your bottom line. If a vendor tries to upcharge you for a warranty repair you can request a second opinion from your warranty company. There can be charges or additional work required that is not covered. You need to be informed, seems every business is about ripping a customer off at every chance. I will never do business with them again, turned a satisfied, ongoing customer into an enemy over a $5.00 power cord. O Stars, cannot reccomend.

We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

First person came to do the inspection (Water heater leaking) to see what needed to be done who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and I received a text with a photo of the person so you knew who to expect to show up I was then contacted by the office to schedule the water heater replacement install. Same thing, day of the install I received a call from the tech letting me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and quick with the install. Highly satisfied with this company.

1 star just to submit or I would give 0 if it was an option. Between these guys and the home warrantee company (American Home Shield) they make scheduling as difficult as possible, then when they do show up they try and scam you into plumbing alterations that you don't need to try and make extra money since my water heater was still under manufacture warrantee. Save yourself the hassle/money and call someone else!

I have had a good experience with Pruitt's plumbing but these past 6 weeks have been horrible! Ever since they came out to fix the water preasure valve my water softener and kitchen faucet has no water preasure. Multiple recalls have been put in and they call AHS and cancel the work order request. And a recall was put in yesterday they missed the appointment and just call ahs with incorrect information and the job is still not done correctly! I still have no water preasure and my softener isnt working correctly. Got a second opinion and sure enough the kitchen facet has a malfunction as they checked the water preasure from the wall. Took the second opinion a whole 10 minutes and they figured out the problem!

Let me start out on a positive note. Eli the tech, was excellent and did a great job installing our new water heater. my problem is with the company. this job went thru 1st American Home Warrentee, who paid for the new water heater and the install, but there was $550 that they wont cover. On pruitts bill all it note was two lines of t [time ] m [material] note Eli was in and out in two hours, did a great job, not only installing wate heater , but replaced the gas line, and water line, note all above ground in the water heater closet. p.s. and I had to pay the $550 up front. so apparently the line installs and extra labor was for the lines and labor to install, which of coarse the lines had to be disconected to install anyway. i called the owner of Pruitts and wanted a breakdown of what i was charged $550, is just said we don`t do that we just combine and collect. I dont recomend this company to anyone, and p.s. i dont recommend 1st American home warrentee either.
