I had done business with them 4 previous times with excellent results. Unfortunately Pruitt's has become a dishonest, incompetent and predatory business like everyone else these days. My story is long, suffice to say they lied to me to add charges to a simple garbage disposal replacement on Home Warranty and got caught because I know what I am doing.They sent an unqualified and incometant technician who flat out lied to me. I have filed a formal complaint with the warranty provider They refused to respond to my inquiry. They also tried to bill the the warranty for the service that was not provided. I get that a small repair like that may cost them money, but cheating customers is not the way to improve your bottom line. If a vendor tries to upcharge you for a warranty repair you can request a second opinion from your warranty company. There can be charges or additional work required that is not covered. You need to be informed, seems every business is about ripping a customer off at every chance. I will never do business with them again, turned a satisfied, ongoing customer into an enemy over a $5.00 power cord. O Stars, cannot reccomend.

We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

First person came to do the inspection (Water heater leaking) to see what needed to be done who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and I received a text with a photo of the person so you knew who to expect to show up I was then contacted by the office to schedule the water heater replacement install. Same thing, day of the install I received a call from the tech letting me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and quick with the install. Highly satisfied with this company.
