I would suggest you all call PT Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Mr. Bean fixed my plumbing in 45 minutes, unlike the other company, Thomas Home Services, which took 2 months with no result. But I'm not mad. Thank you, Mr. Bean. I appreciate you sincerely.

We’ve been using PT Plumbing for a number of years, but unfortunately the quality and professionalism have drastically fallen. George came out to fix our outdoor spigot and should’ve used a hose bib. Not only did he not use a hose bib, but he used a pipe that was too small. This resulted in a pipe that easily moved and ripped our wall siding off. In trying to get him to fix his mistake under the warranty, he dodged our calls for weeks. When he finally came out, he didn’t ring the doorbell or talk to us, he just started drilling into the wall. He said he saw nothing wrong with what he did before, but then asked why he hadn’t put a hose bib on initially. He proceeded to make remarks like “this is what you get for free” and “what even needs to be fixed?” And the final product was even worse than the initial. It’s now a mess of glue, plastic pieces, and a wood block drilled into our siding. We absolutely do not recommend George with PT Plumbing. He’s unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and does really poor work.

I had a leaking outdoor pipe and called 3 plumbers. PT Plumbing is the only one that actually picked up and was able to get me on the schedule. The other 2 never even called me back. George was able to help us with an easy fix at a very reasonable price.

Have used PT Plumbing for not only myself but for several neighbors, they have always gone above and beyond. From emergency jobs to scheduled, they are always timely and efficient. They are always upfront with cost estimate before the job is started so you can make an informed decision on work. When I've had neighbors that funds are limited, the technicians always have a plan to get things fixed but at an economical way. From talking to the office to communication with technician, you always know that you're in good hands and the job will be done correctly. The best part is, they always guarantee their work or at very least will fix any issues from work they have completed if anything should arise. I have been using P.T Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the last 16 years. I don't consider calling any other plumbers. I just needed a repair on a PEX valve in my laundry room. I called them in the afternoon and they scheduled my repair for the next morning. The technician arrived within the stated time window. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job and the price was fair. I have hired them to install water softeners in 2 of my houses, had them locate and repair leaking pipes in my attic and repair a problem in my shower among other repairs. Here's what I can tell you about this company: This is a small business. They are honest. Their estimates are reliable, and their prices are reasonable and fair. I have never had to wait for days to get service. They always schedule my job promptly. They always show up on time, and they do the repairs correctly the first time. I have never had to call them back after a repair. Companies like this are rare. You absolutely cannot go wrong by hiring them.

Had an exterior hose bib crack off at the main line T and had to shut off water to the house until it could be repaired. Phillip was here in under an hour and had us flowing in under 15 minutes. Amazing response and a good price for a Saturday short-notice repair.
