On the day before Christmas I discovered I had a clogged septic main line and went on line to search for a local family-owned business that might be able to schedule me for service after the holiday (after all who would ever dream that they could get a service provider on Christmas Eve)? First of all, I assumed I would get an answered service and instead a family member answered the call and, after explaining the problem, she said that she could actually send someone out that same day to resolve the problem without any kind of emergency fees tacked on. The service that same day was prompt, impeccable and beyond satisfactory. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for various kinds of plumbing needs and wanting to support a family-owned business providing more personal service.

We are grateful for Pullman Plumbing and highly recommend them. We've spent a year in our new home, experiencing mysterious smells in our water and unable to find a solution or anyone who could help us resolve the problem. We've been through about seven or eight other companies and professionals until we finally landed on Pullman Plumbing, thus concluding our exhausting quest to achieve odor-less water. Experiences we had with other companies: they don't show up or are hard to schedule, bill at unreasonably high rates, or send over plumbers who are inexperienced, unpracticed, inauthentic and scripted, and/or trying to sell extra services ... Our experience with Pullman Plumbing is that they are easy to schedule, quick to show up, their charges are reasonable, and Steve was experienced, knowledgeable, professional and showed care and interest in fixing our problem.

With the coming of Spring, I turned on my outside water to find very drippy spigots in my basement. Pullman Plumbing has been to my house numerous time in the past so I reached out to them again to repair my leaks. I received an appointment the next day and upon inspection Steve was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it by installing new shut off valves on all three of my hose lines.
