Jon came by our home to fix our garbage disposal, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly polite, easy to talk with, and you could tell right away he’s a man who takes pride in his work. Within five minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the issue, and because it was such a quick repair, he didn’t even charge us the full price. It’s rare these days to find someone who brings both skill and integrity to their work, but Jon does. Grateful for the experience and highly recommend him to anyone needing honest, quality help.

John went above and beyond in helping us solve several problems. He even replaced some parts that had outlived their lifespan (so to speak). I have used Putnam Plumbing for several decades. They always are wonderful in their timeliness. The workmanship is always beyond reproach. John is an exceptional representative for Putnam and, truly, an example of why I have always called Putnam for plumbing problems!
