Jon came by our home to fix our garbage disposal, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly polite, easy to talk with, and you could tell right away he’s a man who takes pride in his work. Within five minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the issue, and because it was such a quick repair, he didn’t even charge us the full price. It’s rare these days to find someone who brings both skill and integrity to their work, but Jon does. Grateful for the experience and highly recommend him to anyone needing honest, quality help.

John went above and beyond in helping us solve several problems. He even replaced some parts that had outlived their lifespan (so to speak). I have used Putnam Plumbing for several decades. They always are wonderful in their timeliness. The workmanship is always beyond reproach. John is an exceptional representative for Putnam and, truly, an example of why I have always called Putnam for plumbing problems!

I was having issues with "whinning pipes" whenever water was turned off throughout my house. I called Putnam Plumbing and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. Jon replaced the pressure release valve and that fixed the problem. He was very courteous and respectable. He wore booties over his shoes to not track in leaves/dirt and cleaned up after the repair. No complaints here!

12-12-2025 Jon and Tyler came to inspect our water heater. We had them do maintenance . A flush and replacement of our anode rod cost $245 (cash discount is 10%). We found out a flush should be done once a year. Anode replacement should be done every 3 years for maintenance. They were very nice. Addressed all our concerns. Very happy with their work.

Jon came out to fix our shower that had lost water pressure. He was on time, professional, wore shoe coverings without asking, and was able to fix the issue efficiently. We had an issue with a valve on our toilet leaking. Putnam (Jon Davidson) came by my house the same afternoon. He repaired the valve quickly. That same night we found our Hot Water Heater had died and was leaking water. Jon came back to our home that evening to insure things were turned off right. The next day he returned and replaced the Hot Water Heater and it works great. Jon Davidson is the most personal and professional plumber we have ever had. Putnam’s prices were also better than any other plumbing companies we have used in the past for our homes. A previous plumbing company charged a fatal of $3,500 for a Water Heater replacement. The total cost for this property was right around $1,900. I highly recommend Putnam Plumbing and especially Jon Davidson, he is the best and a great representative for Putnam Plumbing. A+ Service!!!

Absolutely fantastic work. John was incredibly professional. My dad is 85 years old and can be a bit difficult. John explained everything and made my dad feel right at ease (not an easy task). He had the water heater installed in record time. Wrote instructions on the water heater for future care. Dad was smiling at the end. Thank you John for your big smile and wonderful attitude.
