I had an emergency overnight and no one would come out. When I called Dave first thing in the morning he did not question anything and come within a couple of hours. He was friendly, detailed, explained everything and even wanted to show me why things happened and what he did to fix it. We chatted after and it felt like I knew him for a while. I highly recommend Dave and Quality Service Plumbing and Heating and would call Dave in the future for sure.

We had an issue with the water heater leaking and contacted dave. He is very helpful. Keeping aside his personal benefit, he asked us to check if there is a warranty and it was covered under warranty. Dave guided us to turnoff water and gas valves to water heater. He saved us a lot of money. I would be happy to recommend him for are any issues.
