Quick Home Plumbing & Water Heaters did a fantastic job helping with my main sewer line cleanout here in Tucson. They showed up right on schedule and got right to work with their equipment. Avery handled the job and, even though English wasn’t his first language, he used a translator app on his phone and I had Google Translate, so we had no trouble talking about the work. As someone who pays close attention to detail, I noticed Avery was very careful with my landscaping and a nearby tile walkway while he was locating the cleanout area. He also made sure not to disturb any of the old pipes or fittings. The whole process of clearing the line went smoothly, and he took extra time to make sure everything was done right, removing all the blockages. After finishing, Avery put everything back the way it was, smoothing over the dirt and even covering up a small issue with one of the pipe covers, all without trying to upsell me on unnecessary replacements. He picked up all his tools and trash, and even rinsed away some muddy water that had spilled onto my grass. The final bill was exactly what I was quoted, which I thought was very fair. I’d heard the company was under new management, and from my experience, everything is running really well. Highly recommended!
