Over a weekend I had a pinhole leak in a copper line at my house. Knowing that it was not an emergency, I used the website to submit an inquiry. On Saturday evening, Brent responded back to me and he was at my house by Monday morning at 9 AM to discuss my needs. While I had fixed the pinhole leak in the meantime, I asked for pricing to replace as much copper with PEX as possible. Brent got me back a quote the same day and we were scheduled the following Tuesday for work to start. Brent came out with his team on Tuesday morning and walked them through everything that he and I discussed. Dan and Paul were not just great plumbers but very personable as well. They did a great job, explained everything that they did and even cleaned up before they left. I was very impressed by the service. I will definitely use RS Bortner again.

As always we had a great experience with Todd from R.S. Bortner. Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working ahead of the heat wave and he made time to come out and fix it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is always great to talk with and is very thorough in his work. He doesn't leave until the job is done well and all things are checked. He does a great job educating the customer on how to keep their units running well and doesn't try to sell things like other companies. He got us up and running same day and went above and beyond. Will definitely continue to use R.S. Bortner for our HVAC needs. Thanks Todd :)

Brent seemed like an honest guy upon meeting. He gave his estimate which was a "ball park" number for the job. Approximate time was discussed for the job and he quoted me the hourly rate. The actual work done was two hours less than projected and Brent wouldn't adjust our final bill. I was lead to believe by both Brent and his employee that the job would be billed at the hours worked. Then the basic sink plumbing that was done leaked a few weeks later. In the end, Brent gave terrible customer service and was only concerned with collecting payment.

I had a new HVAC system installed at my business in early 2018. Found that one of the 3 units was not working in November 2018 so notified the installer which was RS Bortner. When they did come around finally in January 2019, they found the problem but said they would come back later in 2019 when they weren’t as busy with heat related business. By May, they refused to do the repairs which were more extensive than they originally diagnosed, and warranty was not applicable because the unit they installed was made in 2015. I wouldn’t have minded if they came back and rediagnosed the problem and then said it wasn’t covered by warranty, but they shouldn’t have promised to come back and then refuse to do so.

Called about a urinal and sink at our company. Plumber came out 3x and urinal still leaks and sink that is only used for hand washing is clogged again within a month.
