I recently had Rad Plumbing replace my water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before choosing them, I shopped around and received five other quotes. Most of the big box stores were charging almost double the price for an equivalent—or even lesser—brand of water heater, and many of them were very pushy and tried to upsell products I didn’t need. Rad Plumbing was the complete opposite. They came out, provided a very reasonable and transparent quote, and recommended a top-notch water heater brand without any pressure. There were no surprise costs and no unnecessary add-ons—just honest, straightforward pricing. The installation was quick, clean, and professionally done. The technicians took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I highly recommend Rad Plumbing to anyone looking for fair pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Impeccable service from start to finish! Our water heater went out and Josh and Debbie were incredible to work with. They coordinated everything quickly and had our water heater replaced the same day, which was such a huge relief. Professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting the job done right. I've used RAD Plumbing on three different occasions. All three times they came over and looked at my problem the same day I got in touch with them and two of the three times they started the same day and the other time they started the next day. Very prompt, excellent work, very courteous and professional. They also did a good job of explaining charges up front and stuck with the price they originally quoted me even when they ended up doing a little bit of extra work. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them anytime I have Plumbing issues come up

I’d give them 20 stars if I could. RAD Plumbing was amazing. I called this morning and spoke with Debbie who was so sweet and then Rob, one of the owners, called me back. He was incredibly responsive and communicative. I really wanted an estimate over the phone so I didn’t waste time, and he kindly gave me a range but said he would happily come over to provide an accurate quote. I was scared about it continuing to leak and flood and he went through the process of draining the tank (free of charge) even though he knew I was still getting other quotes. Rad Plumbing was by far the most reasonable cost wise, very responsive and went out of his way to be helpful. Call Rob if you have any plumbing needs!

I’ve used Rad Plumbing for several projects now, and Rob has been outstanding every time. He’s reliable, honest, and does quality work without cutting corners. It’s hard to find someone who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and actually takes pride in the work, but Rob does all three. From smaller repairs to larger projects, everything has been done professionally and at a fair price. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Rob and his team at Rad Plumbing are incredible. They showed up when my family and I were in a tough spot and they took care of us right away. When it rains it pours and while it was raining in our lives our tankless heater went out. Rob showed up and was able to install our new unit quickly, but more importantly, correctly. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. It's always nice to have "a guy" you can call on for whatever need you have. Rob and his team are now "our guy" when it comes to plumbing. Had a really good experience with Rad Plumbing. Josh came out and was on time, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He walked me through what the issue was and what needed to be fixed without making it complicated. Everything was done pretty quick and he kept things clean while working, which I appreciated. Price felt fair and there were no surprises at the end. Overall just a smooth, no-stress experience. I’d definitely call Josh again if I need anything.
