I am a leasing consultant and Alex (Technician 7) came to fix a continuous issue one of our residents was having. He was extremely knowledgeable and so kind and friendly, not just to me but also to our resident who was already frustrated. I appreciate all of his help and hard work and keeping us in the loop.

Peter came in to unclog our sinks and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was extremely informative and took the time to explain exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, was very friendly and professional, and made sure everything was clean and tidy once the job was done. He even showed me the completed work so I could see the results firsthand. Excellent service all around—highly recommend Peter for any plumbing needs!

Rainforest completed a job that should’ve been done right the first time by the homebuilder. Rainforest came in on emergency call and although my downstairs was upside down for almost a week.. it wasn’t their fault, however they worked hard and fast to finish the job!! Damien and his entire crew were thorough, communicative and professional. If I ever need a plumbing job done or my family does… I will definitely use Rainforest again!!

Michael was very professional. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly. He explained me what needed to be done and what was optional in clear terms. Did the complete job very well. He was very courteous and went through a complete startup procedure to make sure everything was operating properly. I highly recommend Michael, he did a great job for me. Michael installed my flow tech on the second visit. He did another very good job!

they came out within a couple hours of calling them! so quick and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and fixed my a/c within an hour of getting to my house. Very grateful they were able to come on short notice because my house was at 90 degrees and we would’ve had to find somewhere else to sleep if we couldn’t get it fixed day of.

RainForest Plumbing & Air installed two new HVAC units on our home 6 yrs ago and have been servicing them annually through their Cabana Club. Their technician’s are always friendly and professional and today was no different. Michael Hurd serviced our units today, and he was very polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend RainForest.
