Walter did a fantastic job figuring out the issue & fixing it. He was close by, quick, timely, communicative & responsive, & knew what he was doing. He also explained the issue to me clearly— making it easy to understand. Walter was also very kind, respectful, personable, & it was very evident that he cares about his work, & cares about being cost-efficient vs. being out to make a quick buck, like past plumbers we’ve had. I highly recommend using Walter for your plumbing needs, & if anything is to happen again, we will be calling Walter!

After getting a runaround for a week with no hot water from another plumber we got a quote the same day from Rainwater and they were out the next business day to replace our water heater. Plus their quote came in almost $1,000 less than the other guy. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything to maintain the water heater, which is something no one ever did when we built the house, so that was great to know! I would definitely recommend Rainwater for any plumbing needs, especially if you need a hot water heater fast!

I requested a quote for a gas line install. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I received a quote the same day. Very impressed. Victor installed the gas line in the attic and underground and Nick also worked on the project. They both did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them and all of the people at Rainwater. I can’t say enough good things about them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

we had a gas leak that the gas company had been doing work in the park and shut our gas off. I called my warranty company that I took out with the HOME and they wanted to charge me $9000 to replace all these lines that they said needed replacing so I called the gas company and they gave me three companies and rainwater was one of them. I spoke to Robin. She seemed to be very nice. Quoted me some prices and it came out to almost half of the price of what the $9000 was then they ran a test in the line and we had a couple other leaks that were not detected by the gas company and they fixed them. The only thing that I was discouraged about was the permitting process… come to find out we did not need a permit. I’m glad that my son called the gas company because we would’ve been waiting several weeks to get this finish and the gas back on so bottom line it saved me $500 in permit fees and and my gas is back on thank you rainwater

Hired Rainwater in 2025 to provide a second opinion when our pool service tech recommended we replace a gas line to our pool heater in Chandler. Rainwater techs visited twice to complete their assessment, provided a detailed report. Not cheap, but thorough!

I would give a zero if I could. Was told they were sending there expert at heat pump water heaters, said I was first appointment on his schedule. He was almost 3 hours late. He did not have the proper tools to remove the covers. I loaned him mine. He then asked if I had any cans of compressed air, he wanted to blow air in some parts. So I turned on the air compressor and got him an air nozzle. After a while from his comments I realized he had no clue how a heat pump works. I noticed there was an envelope on one of the panels, he said it probably had a diagram in it. I opened it and it had a shamanic of the heat pump. I looked and it gave detailed information as to the problems for the error code. He never checked the sensors. I even had to point out where they were located. He told me my condenser was bad which has nothing to do with the error code. I asked him how he would replace it just for my entertainment. He told me it would be cut out and a new one soldered in. I asked how he would capture and reclaim the gas that was used in the system. He told me there is none in it. Most water heater heat pump have a flammable gas used to transfer the heat. Then I got a quote for removing and hauling off the water heater and a bill for a new water heater, no brand name of what unit I think it was about $3K and the removal and instalation was double the cost of the heater. I was extremely disappointed in the service and they want me to pay them for the service call. I would never do business with them and would highly recommend not that no one uses them for repair service. There skills at installing water heaters may be excellent as I hope for what they charge , but I would not pay to find out!
