Just a truly great experience from the very start. Martha was very friendly, very accommodating and very understanding of the situation. She set up an appointment with Kyle. What an absolutely great guy, and certainly a great ambassador for the company. His attention to detail In finding the problem and the way he went about conducting himself in such a professional and friendly manner was very reassuring. Which put us at ease. He showed us the issue that we had and explained his remedy for the issue. He arrived on time and went about the task in a manner that was very respectful and very friendly. If you’re in the Tucson area and you need a plumbing company this is the only choice. If you’re lucky enough to get Kyle, you’re getting the best of the best.

A few months ago, we were at the park with our anxious rescue dog when he slipped away from my daughter and bolted straight toward the road. My heart sank. But instead of just driving by, a RAM Plumbing van pulled over and the gentleman inside jumped out to help us corral him safely back. That small act of kindness made a huge impression on me. I knew right then that the next time we had plumbing issues (and in our house, it’s always just a matter of time) we would be calling RAM. Sure enough, a few weeks later we had to make that call. From the very first interaction, the service was outstanding. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through options, and problem-solved in a way that focused on a longer-lasting, shorter-term solution, understanding the need to save for the big fix. We had a detailed quote within days and never once felt pressured or overcharged. We used to be loyal to another company (88-Drain), but after they were bought out, the service, quality, and prices left us disappointed. RAM has been the exact opposite: honest, affordable, and genuinely invested in helping us keep our home running smoothly. It says a lot about a company when their employees show the integrity and kindness to stop and help a child and her dog. That same integrity shines through in their work. We are so grateful to RAM Plumbing, not just for saving our dog that day but for saving our plumbing too.

Kyle was excellent. Ram was flexible with scheduling and Kyle called with advance notice of his arrival as requested. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely patient and helpful. We had a few plumbing issues to address and all of our issue sand questions were taken care of. We will continue to use Ram as our Tucson plumber.
