Randy came out for a water main leak at my house that required excavation. As soon as my yard was marked by 811, Randy came out and had us set and ready for the process. He and his crew had us back up and with water within hours. He responded to my initial call within an hour and called each time he was on his way so we could sequester animals before he arrived. Absolutely incredible service at an affordable rate. Randy L. Heck IS my plumber going forward. HIGHLY recommend!

I can’t thank Randy enough for his help today!! Something was leaking somewhere in my house making the sump pump kick on, but couldn’t find anything anywhere. Called him Friday night and he came Saturday morning. Fixed the problem (plus another issue he found), was in and out in 45 mins! Fantastic service! Thank you so much! Highly recommended! FYI 2 other companies I called won’t do emergencies on weekends unless you are their customer. Well I’ve never had an issue before…I’m now Randy’s customer!
