Rare Breed is great! Had some mediocre plumbing done by another company and Rare Breed offered to come inspect it for free. Chandler spent almost an hour doing a very thorough inspection and explained all of his recommendations in great detail. He was great! Their customer service is awesome and I'm excited to use them going forward!

Rare Breed plumbing has done multiple jobs for me and always has been the most consistent on communication, care, and price. They did a sewer liner for me a month ago and accommodated some really complicated situations, but got the work done early. The front desk gal is always incredibly kind. And Dan answers questions in a very informative way. I love Rare Breed Plumbing.

We hired Rare Breed Plumbing to re-do the plumbing in our entire house when we purchased it last year. They did an excellent job with the replacement. We were not in town for the entire job and my MIL visited the house once every morning, yet the quality of work was solid. They also installed a Nuvo water filter/softner, another job well done. We worked with Damian Chavez. Damian was always prompt in responding to our messages and provided constant progress pictures. He even helped us find a guy to do the drywall repair for all the holes they needed to make around the house. He's been great help to us a couple other times after the job as well. It's been a year and a half since the job and so far everything is working really well.

Greg was amazing! I had a bathroom leak that turned into a bathroom remodel. He advised me on replacing plumbing from 1973 so we didn’t have further issues and I had him install the tub, toilet and faucets and he always did very quality work. And he was able to fit me in during the remodel schedule. Really appreciate his level of service and professionalism.

Isaac & Collin arrived on time. When I opened the door, they were courteous and stood back a few feet before being invited in. The put on shoe cover before entering my home. They confirmed what our appointment was for (yearly water heater flush and whole home plumbing inspection), and then I showed them to the laundry room where the water heater is located. Isaac was training Collin on the processes for this type of visit. I got the pleasure of over hearing him patiently explaining the next step, things to look out for, and encouraging Collin as they went along. They drained my water heater and then went around inspecting each shutoff valve in my home to confirm it is working. They found 2 that wouldn't shut off and they notified me about what that means. These gentlemen were very polite throughout the visit. I'm on the Herd Membership, and visits like today reaffirm the reasons why. Trustworthy, respectful service is so important and difficult to find. Court had worked tirelessly to build that into the culture of his team, and it shows in the work they do. Thank you, Isaac and Collin! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I made a call, within 15 minutes Isaac was there. So professional, nice and willing to explain everything. He showed me and explained my options. He was so nice when I commented an his beautiful baby. I’m so impressed!! He even offered to stay and help me with my wet carpet, after I turned down the info on his restoration team. Great guy that did a GREAT job. I will be taking his advise on having the company’s “underground “ professional staff come out to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Isaac and RARE BREED!!

Rare Breed Plumbing, Heating & AC actually purchased the plumbing company that installed our sump pump. We had concerns regarding the sump pump, and Chandler answered all of my questions assuring me that it was functioning properly. No cost for the service which is “rare” these days. Very much appreciated the quality service.
