Raul came out a day early, after hours, and replaced a gate valve at the meter. He and his employee did a good job of digging, replacing and repairing. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

A main water pipe busted at our place on Sunday morning so we called Raul's first thing Monday morning to request service upon referral. He seemed confused with our area out in Bisbee and declined when I offered to give him detailed directions to our house, but agreed to show up anyway between 1-5 in the afternoon. We blocked off our whole afternoon to be present for when he came but never heard from him. At 4:50 I called him to check in; he assured me he would be there within the hour and I gave him directions even though he said he knew where he was going now and kind of sloughed me off. 20 minutes later he called and told me he drove all the way down our road and didn't find it (even though we were waiting out on the road for him and HE NEVER PASSED BY). He insisted I gave him the wrong directions and said "you need to find someone else, sweetie", then hung-up. His communication came off as patronizing and unprofessional. We're in for at least another day without water. If I could give "0 stars", I would.
