Ray Ross Plumbing & Heating

So glad to have been referred to Ray Ross Plumbing for our water powered sump pump backup. Sean was our tech that came for both estimate and install. He explained the work that would be completed in an understandable way and priced the job very fairly. He was on time, kept the work space clean, and had excellent communication. We'll definitely be calling Ray Ross and team for our future plumbing projects and needs. Also Annamaria did a great job communicating scheduling for the project and working around another large project the team was completing during the same time frame. Mary was very kind on the phone too. Highly recommend!

Ray Ross was able to come out to replace our leaking propane water heater quickly and did a great job! He explained everything and was very knowledgeable on top of being a really nice guy. The office staff I spoke to were excellent as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future next time we have any plumbing needs!
