Russell and Noah were great! Friendly and transparent. Russell brought his own IR gun and saved me the headache of having my drywall ripped out. Russell and Noah explained things in detail in a way I could easily understand and provided simple solutions and options to keep my shower and floor more dry due to the design of my shower door being the issue not a leak. Kyle did a fantastic job installing Newport Brass shower and drain fixtures for us. He professionally performed the job at the quoted amount and worked closely with the tile installers. We will provide his business cards to friends, and recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Google search brought up REDs as the closest plumber to Prescott and the call center picked up right away. I called at 5 pm, they passed my info to Dave. I sent him a pic of the work and he was at our house in 20 mins. He replaced the 33 year old lines and shutoff valve to the water heater and was finished within an hour. Highly recommend REDs for service.

I am beyond thrilled with the service I received with Russell. R.E.D. was utilized as a second opinion and I am so glad we received it. Next time, it will be our first call. Russell went above and beyond with his efficiency, level of being thorough and communication about potential options and following through on getting the work completed. He was willing to explain what is functioning improperly and offered to teach us how to do our annual flushing of the system. I am so excited to have him install my new water heater.
