Is Regal more expensive than some other places? Yes. Are they absolutely amazing at what they do? Also yes. I had to have my water heater replaced over the weekend and even with the after hours fee the price was more than fair. They were quick, explained everything, and did a great job at getting it installed properly. I trust Regal with almost everything that needs to be done in my home.

On a day before a massive snowstorm, my basement drain and trap backed up. I thought it would be near impossible to get someone who could act fast. I assumed heating issues and frozen pipes would have every bit of capacity spoken for on a Saturday morning. By 1PM, the technician arrived. He was professional amd understanding. He snapped into action and ran over 30 feet of auger from my basement, out through the main sewage line. Finished efficiently. Left no mess. Very appreciative and glad I found a local, dependable company who was very easy to do business with. Thank you, Regal.

Jason & Brad were great. They worked well together. Before during and after the plumbing work, they communicated clearly what they were going to doing. I especially liked the tutorial on how to use the shut off valves for the main line and both hot & cold lines. I was not familiar with the former mess under my sink and to the water heater. Now I know. Upon completing the job, the clean up was exceptional. I enjoyed a hot soaking bath after they left. I had great service fom the Regal staff, from calling in to payment upon completion. Great job Brandi, Andy, Brad & Jason.

Daniel was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to really listen to me and investigate multiple issues accurately and explained in a way I could fully understand. He was prompt, kind and did a fantastic job fixing an issue that could’ve made a much worse much larger issue if he had not found it and for that I am grateful. As a single mom on a limited budget he took good care of me, did not take advantage of me like other private contractors have and did his job with integrity. He will be back to address a separate issue in the future. Thank you Daniel and Regal!

This was my first time using Regal since they merged with F. F. Kling. They were able to come out , diagnose my issue, and replace my aging water heater with a new tankless system all in the same day. Everyone I delt with from the initial call through installation was very professional and personable. I would have no problem recommending Regal to anyone in the future.

Regal was professional and let me know every step of the process. The appointment was scheduled and they came out in a timely manner. The job was completed efficiently. They were knowledgeable compared to other companies who gave quotes for water main repair plus did not overcharge or exaggerate the labor and steps. Very satisfied.

Our AC system was purchased new in October 2025 but, was not working properly. Regal responded promptly to my service request even though we didn't purchase the system from them and I had just bought their service contract the day before. (HVAC company who installed our system went out of business at the end of 2025). Two skilled technicians arrived within an hour. They were very professional, courteous and answered every question I could think of. Most importantly, they did not make pie in the sky statements or promises. The resolution to the problem was not obvious because of a modification apparently done during installation that neither tech had ever seen before. It was not easy to diagnose. To complicate matters more, the temp that day was in the low 50s making it difficult to properly test the AC. The lead tech said the next day's forecast called for a high of 81. If it worked properly then, we'd know for sure they'd found and fixed the problem. If it didn't, i was to call right away and they'd come out again. As it turned out, our AC worked perfectly the next day. We are very satisfied with Regal.
