He clearly described what the issue was, why it happened, and what we should watch for in the future. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us or try to sell anything unnecessary. He was honest, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It was reassuring to have someone who was knowledgeable and patient, and who truly seemed to care about doing the job right. Keith came out to service our unit. He was personable and professional. He was on time and very kind and helpful to me as I'm recovering from surgery and needed his assistance to get to the furnace.
