Aidan from Restano was wonderful to work with. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He clearly described what the issue was, why it happened, and what we should watch for in the future. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us or try to sell anything unnecessary. He was honest, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It was reassuring to have someone who was knowledgeable and patient, and who truly seemed to care about doing the job right. We were very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend Aidan and Restano to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

William is a very professional plumber. He fixed a burst pipe and a broken faucet. He was very personable, polite, and informative. He also let me know that Restano can help me with my electrical needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price was fitting. I initially chose Restano Heating and Cooling based on their strong Google reviews and reputation for professional service. Michael Restano came out Wednesday afternoon to assess my boiler replacement needs. He was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain boiler intricacies in detail during our 20-minute discussion. He followed up that same evening with a detailed estimate of approximately $8,800 for a Carrier boiler installation, which seemed reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I'd received. However, it was still not the cheapest estimate I received. I called the office this morning to schedule the work. Carrie was helpful and transferred me to Mike Long (general manager). He informed me that the quoted Carrier boiler wasn't available, the original estimate was incorrect, and the actual cost would be closer to $15,000—nearly double the figure provided just hours earlier. I politely stopped the conversation there, as $15,000 was far outside the range of my other estimates ($4,200 higher than the most expensive estimate to be exact). Almost immediately after, Michael Restano called me personally. I explained the massive discrepancy between his on-site estimate and what the general manager quoted. I told him I had been ready to move forward with Restano, but due to the near-doubling of the price, I was no longer interested. The irony? Another reputable company is completing the exact same job for almost $6,500 less than the $15k dollar quote. Michael Restano was a pleasure to work with—professional, insightful, and genuinely helpful. It's unfortunate that his efforts were completely undermined by poor internal coordination and what appeared to be a bait-and-switch on pricing. This experience eroded all trust in the company. I cannot recommend Restano Heating and Cooling based on this interaction. Potential customers should get multiple written quotes in advance and confirm availability before investing time. It’s a shame, as Mr. Restano deserved better support from management. EDIT: To their credit, the service manager reached out personally to apologize for how things were handled and expressed an interest in making it right (the same day this all occurred). I appreciate that level of accountability and the effort to follow up—it shows commitment to customer satisfaction. That said, I had already moved forward and signed a contract with another company by the time they contacted me. While I won't be able to take them up on their offer to resolve the matter, I wanted to publicly recognize their professionalism in addressing the issue after the fact. Thank you for reaching out and for the apology. I Increased my rating slightly due to this.

Joe was fantastic. He serviced my furnace, made some recommendations, showed me pictures to support those recommendations, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. This is my first time using Restano and I will definitely be using them again in the spring for my AC! Joe also told me about all of the other services Restano offers (plumbing, electric, etc). Give Joe a raise!!!

Jay was very nice and transparent when providing an estimate. I don't think I'll use them as the price is a little high. I was not told about a service fee for an estimate and it says "Free Installation Estimates" on the truck but that doesn't apply to repair estimates I guess. I did get a camera inspection for the $99 though.

Alex R. did a fantastic job at coming to our property and resolve an urgent sewer backup issue. He has great knowledge on the plumbing system design for houses in this area, and is wonderful to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my neighbors in need of plumbing services.

Restano was great to work with. Paul and his team installed A/C in my century old home- not an easy project! They were adept at finding small spaces to hide the ducts which was my biggest concern. Would highly recommend!

David Riggs from Restano installed an automatic water shutoff and bypass valve for me. He is an amazing plumber and I am beyond happy with the work he performed. He’s a great guy and he was exceptionally professional and has superb troubleshooting skills. I’d recommend Restano - and be sure to ask for David Riggs - he’s the best!
