We contacted Revelation plumbing to detect a problem on our tankless water heater, they followed up within two hours and provided same day service. They dispatched Chad and we couldn't be more happy with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable, loves his job, and provides excellent customer service. My house has had plumbing issues since we moved in so when I finally wanted to fully fix the issue I'm glad I went with Revelation Plumbing. I was hoping a jetting will solve these problems but my pipes were so old and so backed up that they needed to dugged up and repaired. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. Brhett was super helpful explaining the process over the phone. Kyle, Pete and Mike worked really hard to clear the clog and replace the pipes for 3 days. Even coming out in the rain to get the job done. They always kept me in the loop with what was going on and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. Our tankless hot water heater broke during a cold spell and left us without water for several days. Originally contacted another plumber who said they wouldn't be able to replace it until the following week. Found Revelation Plumbing on Thumbtack, and could not be more satisfied and thankful. Mike M. came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, presented multiple solutions, and then spent the entire next day completely replacing/upgrading our tankless water system. Mike in particular was extremely communicative, kind, transparent, thorough, funny, and professional.
