Our hot water heater broke last night. As we are calling several plumbing companies, Rick's was the only company that I talked to not through a dispatcher. Rick carefully ask about the unit model and the measurements and the surrounding of the unit. He is willing to help us to take care of this urgent issue today. My husband had secured someone we used before, so at the end we didn't pursue Rick's service, but I like how Rick responded to my inquiry, and will definitely contact Rick again if we have any future plumbing needs.

I called Rick around noon today to see if anyone was available for an emergency toilet repair. Not only was he able to come out today, he had the job wrapped up by 3:30pm and even went above and beyond by replacing some old worn out parts inside the tank.
