Rick came to our home and worked for 5 hours straight, fixing multiple pipes that were failing and several DIY mistakes. Even when access to the plumbing was tough, he got it done and gave my family peace of mind that it was done correctly. He treated our home, kids, and pets with respect, and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The pricing was more than fair for the work that he did. Rick is the man. He gave me a great price after my first quote from another plumbing service was 4 x higher. He was on time, bonded with my dog, didn't comment on my cluttered basement and was in and out in 30 min. Job completed to perfection and exceeded all expectations.
