We had a fantastic experience with the plumbers who came out to our condo in Orem. Our building was built quite a while ago, and the plumbing had a lot of issues from the start. The team quickly found that we had a slab leak and gave us different options for fixing it. With our go-ahead, Nolan and his crew handled the repairs without having to cut into our hardwood or tile floors. They replaced the old copper pipes with new, flexible piping that’s supposed to last much longer and have fewer problems. Nolan was especially great—he explained everything step by step and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the job. Even though he’s a plumber, he also did some concrete work in our garage to install a new shut-off switch, which will let us isolate our unit if we ever have future plumbing issues, instead of turning off water for the whole building. His work looked really nice! They were careful patching up the drywall and used tape and heavy-duty bags to keep dust and debris away from our kids and dog. Everything was left clean and tidy. The team showed up early and were patient while my wife and I finished up our work from home. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems and will ask for Nolan next time.
