We had a fantastic experience with the plumbers who came out to our condo in Orem. Our building was built quite a while ago, and the plumbing had a lot of issues from the start. The team quickly found that we had a slab leak and gave us different options for fixing it. With our go-ahead, Nolan and his crew handled the repairs without having to cut into our hardwood or tile floors. They replaced the old copper pipes with new, flexible piping that’s supposed to last much longer and have fewer problems. Nolan was especially great—he explained everything step by step and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the job. Even though he’s a plumber, he also did some concrete work in our garage to install a new shut-off switch, which will let us isolate our unit if we ever have future plumbing issues, instead of turning off water for the whole building. His work looked really nice! They were careful patching up the drywall and used tape and heavy-duty bags to keep dust and debris away from our kids and dog. Everything was left clean and tidy. The team showed up early and were patient while my wife and I finished up our work from home. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. this is definitely one of the best plumbing companies i’ve had come out to my home. we needed a pressure regulator put in and after getting a few quotes, theirs was the most fair. they let me know up front that there could be extra work needed, so they gave me two different quotes just in case. in the end, they got the regulator installed without needing any extra work. a few days after, our water heater stopped working. we thought it might be connected to the plumbing job, so we called the company. they sent nolan out right away and he checked everything. it turned out the problem wasn’t related, but nolan still got our water heater running again. while he was here, we asked him to check out a shower knob that wasn’t working right. he explained the cartridge inside needed to be replaced, gave us a price, and also let us know that sometimes the whole valve might need to be swapped, which would cost more. he told us once the work begins, if the valve has to go, there’s no turning back. we really appreciated that level of honesty and clear info, so we decided to go through our home warranty for that fix. this plumbing company is super honest, does solid work, and their prices are great. their service is fast and they really care about making sure the customer is happy. i’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!
