Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We just used Rite Way for the first time because we had a coupon. We had a leaky toilet and needed a new kit put in the tank. Kenva came out and took care of that and did an excellent job. He also snaked out our washing machine back up flow because it was backing up. Then James Corcoran the sewer technician came out. He suggested we have our kitchen sink pipes and washing machine pipes descaled so we thought that was a good idea. Cory Eiler and JD Muma came out and did the descaling and took out our garbage disposal and put in new pipes under the sink. Then a leak was discovered in the wall behind the cupboards next to the sink. They thought we would have to wait until Monday but they had the pipes and James said they could do it that day. I was thrilled that they were willing to spend all day with us and then do that. They did the clean up and covered the hole in the wall that they had to cut in order to put in new pipes. They were very professional and friendly and did great work. I highly recommend Rite Way and we WILL use them again.

Jose, Nicholas and Ramon, worked diligently without a break, only for the pizza we ordered for them. They worked approximately 11 hours or until the unit was ready for full operation. I was very pleased and impressed with their diligence and work ethics. The crew also informed me of all the process as they progress.

Both Rite Way technicians, Jerry and Leamsi, were at my house on time and are amazingly courteous, skillful, organized, meticulous and their workmanship is very neat and clean! They went above and beyond and didn't leave until everything was perfect! I highly recommend them, great quality work and extremely professional! Both Rite Way technicians, Marcos and Omar, who did the duct cleaning yesterday were very professional, courteous, quick clean and organized. They even cleaned all the vent covers, and they look new now! They also went above and beyond when I asked if they could to the dryer duct cleaning and they got and the roof to do it the same day! Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend!

Rite Way Heating & Cooling completed a 4 Zone Mini Split Installation for us on Dec 29th in one day!! We are super impressed with the professional organized quality of the entire process. From the estimate with Daniela to the installation day crew with Devin and his team it all went smoothly with no issues. Our new system is working beautifully and the clean up and removal of all old equipment was also included. We would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. I'm a bit late getting this review done. Rite Way has an amazing crew. Geoffrey came and did our estimate. Damien, Jesus and Reyes were the crew that worked on installing our new system. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional bunch of guys. The installation crew were here for 11 hrs without taking lunch. We fed them dinner, they deserved it. Very hard working crew and did an amazing job. We love our new system and We were able to finance through Rite way and wells Fargo with 5 yrs 0% interest, we couldn't pass that up. Our old system was a swamp cooler and electric furnace and the ducking was rusted out so we were basically heating and cooling the outside. We went with a Trane 6 stage High efficiency with SEER2 17.1, multi-speed technology for enhanced comfort, universal 24V compatibility central air and heat pump system. It's very quiet running.  Nothing on our roof anymore  the first 5 photos are the old system. The last 4 photos are the Rite way installed system. Great job guys!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a tankless water heater installed by Riteway, and the entire experience was flawless. My project manager, Brandy, was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process clearly. She came out to my house and provided quotes right on the spot—something other companies couldn't do. On top of that, Riteway’s pricing was much more reasonable; one competitor quoted me more than double the price and didn't even include the electrical work! Riteway was the only company I found that had their own electrician on staff during the estimation process. The installation crew, Jesus and Jorge, were highly professional. They walked me through the entire system once it was done and left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. Justin, the electrician, was also fantastic—punctual, professional, and efficient. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and I am so happy with my decision to go with Riteway. Highly recommend!

1) Customer Service: I let them know that they should consider, including all possible sewer, and drain costs after descaling and Hydro jetting. 2)Execution: I came from a company that expected daily updates on progress. Maybe it was just me, but I expected something similar from Rite Way. That said they did call me to inform me of the project planned moving forward. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because as of this writing they left my front walkway opened up and a few other items incomplete. 3)Financials: This part, I still have to figure out: they "said" they were giving me a 10% discount, one had it out in a second had it back in? To sum up: workers like Cory Eiler are great. He showed up and got right to work, and when he was done, he made sure to let me know. Pete Heliotes and his crew had the open trench filled and caps on the clean outs on no time. But Plumbing can be very expensive. I think Rite Way could use some updates to its project management to ensure the customer knows all the possibilities upfront.

I went with RiteWay cause I wanted to make sure I got the best install for the money and they didn’t disappoint. They didn’t rush, they explained what they were doing and you can tell they are proud of the work they do. Damien Kessler, and Jesus Canedo, did a great job and were very knowledgeable, & professional.
