When my kitchen drain to the main sewer line collapsed, our family was extremely stressed and concerned about finding a high-quality reasonably priced plumber to do the job. We are thrilled we called RNS Plumbing. The owner Roy, was extremely responsive, and his crew worked efficiently to get the job done well before the expected timeframe. The best part about this company is the attention to detail and the cleanliness. Prior to leaving his crew explained everything they did, and even spot checked to make sure everything was connected properly, there were were no leaks and if there was, they fixed everything before leaving the job. Called RNS because our kitchen sink was backing up in to the first floor bathroom sink. Roy came out within 45 minutes, and had us cleared and back to cleaning dishes in no time flat. I'd definitely recommend RNS and Roy, they're punctual, reasonably priced, and didn't try to tell me I needed anything I didn't.

I called RNS to help with our kitchen renovation to move a sink, run new feed lines, and run feed and waste lines for a laundry room. He was willing to work around our schedule to come out multiple times to answer questions. Roy is super easy to work with and knows his stuff. I know very little about plumbing and he could describe what I needed and what he was going to do in a way that made sense to me, unlike some other plumbers in the area I requested estimates from. We also had some last minute additions and he just rolled with it. Highly recommend RNS and would definitely use their services again.

Roy was prompt, polite and professional. He explained the issue to me without being condescending which I greatly appreciated. He made the needed repairs and also adjusted the toilet so we don't have to hold the handle down forever.....that little extra adjustment really won me over. He also cleaned everything up nice and neat. Thanks, Roy!
