Called RNS because our kitchen sink was backing up in to the first floor bathroom sink. Roy came out within 45 minutes, and had us cleared and back to cleaning dishes in no time flat. I'd definitely recommend RNS and Roy, they're punctual, reasonably priced, and didn't try to tell me I needed anything I didn't.
