Had a great experience with Roadrunner! They were able to figure out what was likely wrong with my toilet over the phone, scheduled to have them come out and fix it (they even came out on a holiday! Excellent service, very professional & friendly company. Price was exactly what I was quoted, no extra fees. I came home yesterday from work to a flooded bathroom, my elderly mom had to use every towel in the house & continuesly emptying pots of leaking water. So it was somewhat of an urgent matter.
