I've had these guys come out twice in the last few months. The first time was a great experience, worthy of 5 stars! He took his time, answered all my questions and was super helpful, as well as the apprentice (super impressed with him too). So when it was time for a new water softener, I called them first. I guess I should've requested that original plumber because the plumber they sent was clearly experienced, but left the job a little unfinished. He didn't have the anchors to clamp the pipes to the wall and told me I could just go buy some. He also said they bring two bags of salt to fill it, but later, I realized our new bag of salt was gone and the softener was very low. When I called and asked about the problems with the anchors and salt, I was assured he would've put the two bags in! I was told they would send him back with the anchors - which I appreciated. But when he came back to do the anchors, I asked about how much salt he put in and he said he didn't have any on the truck, so he just used our bag. So now I need to go buy salt because it's super low, which is very frustrating. And if I called and asked for salt, they might bring it, but that's not the point. The point is that the plumber was fine leaving it unfinished, and that's really disappointing. Although this experience wasn't great, overall people have been nice, especially the woman who answers the phone. I'm just disappointed in the shortcuts taken on a very expensive job.

I had my water heater go out, and of course, it's this time of year. Speirs Plumbing was incredible from start to finish! They responded immediately, and the professionalism - especially from the management and office team - was phenomenal! I have recently lost my job and asked if they could work with me on a payment plan. Not only did they give me a discount, but they also allowed me to pay in installments. That kind of compassion and flexibility is extremely rare in this industry, and it meant a lot! I would absolutely recommend them for any size job to anyone needing plumbing help. A tier 1 company with genuine heart and honesty behind their products and service!

Highly recommend these guys! Especially my plumber by the name of David. I rent my home, but I maintain it also. I called into Speirs for a new kitchen faucet and a whole home run through. Just check everything out. Make sure everything‘s up to spec. This guy was phenomenal. He explained everything to me, why things weren’t working correctly, before he corrected them. Before I knew it, he had all kinds of new pieces and parts installed. Everything is working tiptop! And everything was installed, clean and tidy. I know it doesn’t matter if the stuff under the sink is perfect, but I appreciate everything being square, level and tidy. There’s nothing like a clean Install!! Nice job Speirs Plumbing! Nice job, David!! I wouldn’t use anybody else!
