I've had these guys come out twice in the last few months. The first time was a great experience, worthy of 5 stars! He took his time, answered all my questions and was super helpful, as well as the apprentice (super impressed with him too). So when it was time for a new water softener, I called them first. I guess I should've requested that original plumber because the plumber they sent was clearly experienced, but left the job a little unfinished. He didn't have the anchors to clamp the pipes to the wall and told me I could just go buy some. He also said they bring two bags of salt to fill it, but later, I realized our new bag of salt was gone and the softener was very low. When I called and asked about the problems with the anchors and salt, I was assured he would've put the two bags in! I was told they would send him back with the anchors - which I appreciated. But when he came back to do the anchors, I asked about how much salt he put in and he said he didn't have any on the truck, so he just used our bag. So now I need to go buy salt because it's super low, which is very frustrating. And if I called and asked for salt, they might bring it, but that's not the point. The point is that the plumber was fine leaving it unfinished, and that's really disappointing. Although this experience wasn't great, overall people have been nice, especially the woman who answers the phone. I'm just disappointed in the shortcuts taken on a very expensive job.

I had my water heater go out, and of course, it's this time of year. Speirs Plumbing was incredible from start to finish! They responded immediately, and the professionalism - especially from the management and office team - was phenomenal! I have recently lost my job and asked if they could work with me on a payment plan. Not only did they give me a discount, but they also allowed me to pay in installments. That kind of compassion and flexibility is extremely rare in this industry, and it meant a lot! I would absolutely recommend them for any size job to anyone needing plumbing help. A tier 1 company with genuine heart and honesty behind their products and service!

Highly recommend these guys! Especially my plumber by the name of David. I rent my home, but I maintain it also. I called into Speirs for a new kitchen faucet and a whole home run through. Just check everything out. Make sure everything‘s up to spec. This guy was phenomenal. He explained everything to me, why things weren’t working correctly, before he corrected them. Before I knew it, he had all kinds of new pieces and parts installed. Everything is working tiptop! And everything was installed, clean and tidy. I know it doesn’t matter if the stuff under the sink is perfect, but I appreciate everything being square, level and tidy. There’s nothing like a clean Install!! Nice job Speirs Plumbing! Nice job, David!! I wouldn’t use anybody else!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was so intimidated by my tankless water heater and all the trouble I’ve had with it, but they truly went above and beyond to help me. After a wonderful experience with Ken, another issue came up and they sent out Ethan—I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was amazing—so kind, professional, and patient. Not only did he fix the issues I was having, but he also took the time to check my vents, which had been a huge concern for me. When he was finished, he explained everything in a way I could actually understand, leaving me comfortable and confident instead of overwhelmed. I’ve now had two excellent experiences with this company, and their customer service is outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for the help I received, and I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This is regarding Speirs being on time and notifying customers, if they are running late. We’ve been customers for 30 years, the past couple of calls, Speirs has told us they would be here between 9am and noon. They don’t show up and don’t even bother letting you know that they’re running late, until you call. The man I spoke with today, wasn’t even apologetic, until I pressed. Really disappointed in their customer service. It isn’t their plumber that didn’t follow through, it’s the office staff. The plumber that came to replace the water heater was great.

I had the BEST experience with Speirs plumbing. I had a faucet leaking in my tub and thought this was a bit more complicated this time. I knew that professional help was the best option and I was right. I was scheduled right away and the appointment was kept and right on time. Ken was amazing. He looked at the situation and explained what we had thought, he was going to have to do some additional alterations with the pipes. He fixed the leak on his first visit so it wouldn't be dripping while we waited for items. Within the week he was back and handled the additional changes. He chose great parts and I now have a wonderful shower back as well. He was kind, professional and had my best interest front and center. I can't say thank you enough!!
