I called asking for same day service on a Sunday. Stephanie was kind and helpful getting my appointment scheduled. Autumn was our plumber and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, kind, and was able to complete the work quickly. This was my first time using Robins Plumbing and my experience was great. I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

It was very easy to get ahold of someone to schedule the repair. Costumer service/scheduling was very nice and helpful. Damon was great! He was very nice and personable, walking me through everything that was going on. He went above and beyond to take out a screw that was trapped, saving me from a potential entire shower restoration. Total life saver! 勺 + Rigo came on Wednesday as well to replace the faucet in our bathtub. He was even able to come earlier than expected (with notice of course). Great loyalty program as well. Thank you, Robins Plumbing!

I really appreciate Robin's plumbing and their attention to my plumbing issues. I recently dealt with Autumn, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, quick and clean to fix the leak under my sink. They also offer a discount after five visits which I look forward to taking advantage of. I would recommend and use again. I also appreciate that they don't push any type of membership on you like other companies in order to get lower rates.

I hired this company to replace a toilet water supply hose. During the repair attempt, their technician damaged the pipe connected to the building’s internal plumbing. The original job was not completed. After the damage occurred, the technician said he could not repair the pipe with the equipment he had and only offered to cap it. He still requested payment for the original hose replacement for $350 to cap the pipe and additional $650 to replace the pipe later. When I said I needed to speak with the company first, he left the job site before resolving the issue. Later, the company told me it would cost an additional $250 to cap the damaged pipe and denied responsibility. They also claimed I had been warned beforehand that the pipe was old and at risk of breaking, but that was not true. I was only told about the pipe condition after the damage had already occurred. The pictures are how the technician left the scene while I was still on the phone with the company.

Matthew and Brian were great to work with. Respectful, knowledgeable and efficient- quality job. Replaced my hall bath toilet, only took an hour and cleaned up after. This is my 4th time using Robin's Plumbing - replaced my water heater, bathtub faucet, washing machine hookups and back hose bib. I highly recommend.

I’m writing this review for two reasons. My landlord called to request a plumber and I got a phone call from dispatch within five minutes. She was so sweet and right to the point. Brian is my main reason for this review. And let me tell you I NEVER write reviews. I opened my front door to Brian with the biggest smile on his face. As a single mom, you become cautious of who comes in your home. You could tell Brian has awareness and respect for his surroundings. Making sure he called out to me any time he needed to check something in the bathroom so he wasn’t walking in and out unannounced with me and my children home. When explaining issues, I didn’t feel like he was belittling me like some workers have made me feel in the past. He was here for hours making sure the job was complete and thorough. My lines are connected to my neighbors so I think that’s where the challenge was. I simply appreciated his workmanship and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service from Robins Plumbing! Having an emergency on a Sunday afternoon is stressful, and I wasn’t sure anyone would be available. Remarkably, they had a technician at my door within an hour of my call. He fixed the issue just as quickly, so my day barely skipped a beat. Even better, the price was very reasonable and fit right into my budget. Robins Plumbing has been extraordinary at responding to questions, concerns on any work order submitted. Communication is funneled effectively, every step of the way back to me which helps me be in the known.
