I have used Robinson Plumbing twice within the last couple of weeks and their service is worthy of 5 stars. On time, and very thorough explanation of the service and process of the job. I had a whole water filtration system installed and the system is installed neatly and quickly. I was even luck enough to get same day service!!! I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Robinson Plumbing was excellent. Ben was the plumber who did the work. He was able to get to my house earlier than expected and did a great job with removing my leaking water heater and replacing it with a new water heater. The work was completed in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time. I now have a plumbing company that I can call if needed in the future and be assured that they will get the job done to a high standard at a reasonable price.

We're very pleased with the service that we received from Robinson Plumbing. Our gas water heater sprung a leak on the evening of Christmas Day. We contacted Robinson the following morning and they had a service tech at our house within an hour(!). The new heater was installed and up and running by noon. And, hat's off to the service tech, Ben (give that man a raise!). Ben was professional, courteous, and worked very efficiently. We've had many service techs come to our home over the past 40 years, and we'd place Ben as one of the best. So, thank you Robinson and thank you Ben for the great service!

My wife and I have used Robinson Plumbing several times in the last 16 years. Matt and all of his assistants and apprentices have always been polite, friendly, detail-oriented, and quick to show up and efficient on the job. I answered honestly that we spent over a thousand dollars on this visit, which included rebuilding and reseating two 16-year-old toilets. Yes, it was expensive, but it was no more expensive than other licensed plumbers in the area, and it is that license and experience that make it more expensive than a DIY project, which doesn’t include a warranty that Robinson does provide. I have seen Matt grow his business in the 16 years I have lived in the Lehigh Valley, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the work done well and right the first time. We have had Robinson out for our water heater in the past, sink/faucet repairs and replacement, as well as a shower repair - they have never disappointed.

I had a water leak from underneath my dishwasher all over the kitchen floor & leaking into basement. I had to turn off all water & Robinson was the only plumber that answered my call right away, even though there were many emergencies due to the snow & freezing weather. Ben has come to our house twice and did an excellent job both times. He installed our new sink, cabinet, and faucet, and recently cleaned our water filter. We couldn’t figure out how to do it ourselves, but Ben showed us how to clear the filter in the future on our own. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He’s always upfront about what needs to be done and what doesn’t. He even caught an issue with our vanity installation that we never would have noticed and recommended we reorder. Adam and Dylan did a fantastic job with our plumbing issues. They are not only knowledgeable but very personable as well. I would recommend Robinson Plumbing to anyone. We had quite a bit of plumbing done including plumbing required to turn our 1st floor closet into a laundry for a new washer and dryer. Replaced a toilet and 2 bathroom faucets and installed two frost free spigots outside. Excellent work.

I recently had Robinson Plumbing replace my water heater and install a new water softener, neutralizer and whole-house filter. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.
