Rocket Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a big plumbing issue right before Christmas. I called Rocket Plumbing because a good friend recommended them, they came out and fixed the issue. I am very happy with their quality of work and fair prices. I highly recommend them!

Rocket Plumbing was awesome. They upgraded out traditional water heater after failing to a tankless. We love it the consistent heat and it even seems to provide a softer stream of soft water from out softener. It's better in every way!

We are very happy with the installation. It works great and they spent the time to make it all look nice, even giving a facelift to the messy sealing job done by a previous technician. The experience was great and they were a pleasure to have in our home. I would happily recommend them!

Edit: 12/1/2025 Super happy with Rocket. They came out and did a superb job in replacing my old HVAC with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump setup. Looks great, performs great. After ironing out a few initial kinks it is running like a dream. Great included labor warranty that beats anyone in the valley. Received multiple quotes and the value from Rocket beats them all. I can’t say enough about Kyle and the rest of the guys. Definitely a strong recommend from me. Original Review: These guys are great. Kyle took care of our Rheem warranty repair when the original company (a competitor also listed as a pro on the Rheem website) that did the water heater swap failed to commit to their labor warranty. The original company wanted to charge us labor and also get compensated by Rheem. Kyle diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will see if it lasts but if the problem is the Rheem unit then will likely go with a Bradford White or a tankless unit from this same company. Honest, great prices, and they don’t just try to do things to get money out of you. I’m a fan of this family run company that still operates the way all service companies should. Will use as my go to plumber going forward.

Last Friday I suddenly had a kitchen sink that was clogged; no water drainage at all. I had had Rocket Plumbing do some work for me in the past so I called them. One of them was at my house in less than an hour! (I know that won't always be the case) He snaked the kitchen sink drain but to no avail. He told me that I would have to call someone with more specialized equipment. I asked for a recommendation and he gave me the name of a company he thought could help. I was not charged for the attempted clog removal. He said if he couldn't get it done, there would be no charge. Thumbs up to a company that didn't charge for a job not accomplished, then making a referral to someone else. Next to actually getting the work done, that was the nicest way to make a customer happy.

I am super happy that I discovered Rocket Plumbing, heating and air! Kyle was super nice and friendly. He really took time to explain everything to me about the furnace part that needed fixing. He also took the time to figure out and look up the warranty information on the part, which ended up still being under warranty. And so I was only charged for the cost of labor, Which the cost felt reasonable. He also took time to examine the water heater to ensure everything was good with it. I will definitely be saving their contact for future help when it comes to plumbing, heating or air!

Rocket Plumbing/Kyle was great! I called this morning for an estimate/appointment and he quoted me right on the phone and was here doing the job within 5 hours. It wasnt even an emergency. Kyle was professional, friendly and charged me a fair price. Will definitely be using Rocket Plumbing in the future!

Kyle was great and replaced a hot water heater's leaking ball valve. He found out that the expansion tank had also failed and was full of water (replaced that too). He was also willing to look at a furnace issue and leaking outdoor water faucets. He set an appointment time with no four hour window! Yea! Fast, efficient, best prices in town. Kyle came and thoroughly checked out my furnace problems and gave me several options to fix them. He made an appointment the next day to replace my furnace and left space heaters to keep my house warm. They took care of details I wouldn’t have thought about. By the time they left I had heat and hot water. Yea! They left the area neat and clean as well.
